They installed my battery wrong and I had to get my car towed and missed work the next day because of it, only to end up paying more money to fix the mistake they made in the beginning. When I went back to ask about getting a refund for the mechanic that I had fix their mistake, the associate was very rude and did not even apologize. The manager was conveniently not there that day and he never called me to inquire about my poor experience like the associate said he would. I am usually happy with their service, but never again will I recommend my friends or family to an autozone.

Horrible experience in the commercial Department Ive dealt with this store since 2007 the crew in the commercial department now stinks absolutely stinks no customer service skills whatsoever I guess yall dont want my business thats fine

Terrible service, wont let me dump my used oil alone. They must do it for you, but thats not the problem. They left me waiting 20 min to do it will they were attending customers the came after me. Never attend to this autozone.

Came here today to get some stuff for my car and got the best customer service ever from an employee and the store manager. They were very helpful and even helped me install it on my car. They were truly amazing!

Place was busy at around 1:45pm. Didnt wait long before John helped me make a return and purchase windshield wipers. He also helped install them. Very friendly. Good service

Everything runs slow, not enough staff. Some of the team members seem like they dont know what they are talking about. Some of the recommendation they suggest are questionable.
