I gave auto zone on North Tryon 2 stars because I ordered parts online to pick up in store. Online says to give them 30 minutes. I gave them almost an hour an a half. When I got to the located non of my parts where pulled for pick up & on the service desk screen non of the parts had specific brand names size nothing just how many I order and the general name of what I ordered. So what should have been an in and out order to pick up bc it was already paid for took 30 minutes to me this is unacceptable I ordered online specifically because I didnt have time to wait in store to pick out parts or see if they even have it.

Came in to see which was bad - alternator or battery. After a quick test I was confidently told that the alternator was bad. Service rep tried to sell me an alternator on the spot. I left and went to my mechanic who told me that the alternator was fine and that it was my battery that was the issue. I replaced the battery and the problem is solved. If you cant properly diagnose an issue as basic as a bad battery, you have no business working at an auto parts store.

I called on a Sunday 10:30 am "Mimi" answered the phone and put me on hold immediately for 6 min 37 sec then the phone hangs up. I cant belive it but I called back, the guy answers the phone, (inaudible name) I ask him for brake pads. The gentleman them proceeds to tell me the prices from lowest to highest, I then ask him which is equivalent to OEM, at that point Im just done.

Worst customer service employees were rude and impatient. They put up false price when it doesnt start until a few days later makes no sense. I will never come here again first and last time ever.
