DO NOT GO TO COCOA AUTO SALVAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST pull it out your self and pay salvage yard I have ever been to! Horrible customer service! I walked in there was no other customer and no one would help me till I approached each person. Then finally I found a productive person who told me they did not have the part after I called the day before were said they did (no one had taken the part in the meantime). Went out found the part. Came in there were still 5 employees there engaging in small talk yet I had to wait 10 minuets while the one guy who actually seemed to be productive was on the phone with a customer before I could pay and leave. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is worth the drive to go to Orlando to the U-Pull-&-Pay. Its a better yard, better parts, better costumer service and most of all you leave unfrustrated. DO NOT GO TO COCOA AUTO SALVAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is not a parts store. it is a pull and pay place. They are not set up to send you parts like a national chain would because they have to remove them from the vehicle and then send it to you so dont expect lightning fast service. It is no different than asking your neighbour to go to the salvage yard and pull a part for you. with that in mind, plan accordingly. If you have an import, dont hold your breath. With that said, for the odd bumper or body part, you cannot complain about the price. For anything electric, the cars sit outside so roll the dice but at the very least youll have a core for a rebuild. This is a junkyard, they sell junk. Dont expect anything more than that. You are better off to go in person. The staff is decent and do whatever they can but dont expect Mariott level customer service.

Incredibly fast, courteous and professional help by Mr. David Rizzo , manager at Cocoa Auto Salvage. I was in a wreck on 528 over the Indian River and my totaled vehicle was piling up charges sitting at an impound yard (not Cocoa Auto Salvage) for 4 days as I had no collision insurance. Mr. Rizzo went above and beyond promptly quoting me a fair estimate over the phone on the day I contacted him a very fair rate for my junked vehicle and same day towed my wreck from the impound lot to Cocoa Salvage at his arrangements and expenses just based on same pictures I sent him and cut me the sale check the same day with almost perfect estimate. Thanks David!

I called Cocoa Auto Salvage today, looking for a bumper cover for a Civic. They were helpful but did not have the part. I ask how much it would be if they did and was quoted $100.00. This is outrageous as I can purchase a new aftermarket unit from Orlando for $55 or on line at Amazon for $65. I am sure the response will be that it is not an OEM unit but they cant say if they had one that it would be either. I am new to the area and looking for my "Go to bone yard" but with no market awareness as to competitive prices I do not think this will be the one. To bad as I would have figured $70 reasonable. Good luck

They suck....I called last week for a part in the morning and was told they would call me back. I called them back before 5 and they said they did noit have the right part so they did not think it was necessary to call me back. Called today for another part at 9am, was told tghey will call me back in 2-3 hours, no call after 3 hours called them and they said it was raining earlier but will call me back in 30 min. 3 hours later and they still havent looked for the ecm, it is on the drivers side fender under the hood 5 seconds would be enough time to see if the ecm is there or not. These people are retarded!

Ive been using Coca Auto Salvage for years. They have always stood behind what they sell. Prices like anything will always differ depending on supply and demand. Ive gone there and no other customers may be in the office but everyone is doing something most of which is answering phone calls of people looking for parts and when they get a brake they deal with me. Nothing is Perfect but they have always tried to make thing right. They are the First place I call when needing a Good used Parts. Thanks to everyone there.

Its absolutely amazing what social media and the internet can do for your business! Positive or Negative...I have been managing Cocoa Auto Salvage for the last six months and wish that I had the opportunity to deal with these issues, because the outcome would be so much different. I encourage anyone that has had a bad experience with us to give me the opportunity to fix it. We are far from being a perfect company, but thats our expectation now and what should have always been.

Cocoa Auto Salvage is in my opinion a top notch operation. They treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. They were friendly, helpful and informative. I use to use their competition but no more. I am a customer of Cocoa Auto Salvage from here on out. Great place to sell junk cars to as they give top dollar over other salvage yards. So you should really stop by and visit Shan, Cliff, Billy and the rest of the friendly professional staff, you will not be sorry.

There are many bad revues of this business but i have been there from Kissimmee multiple times because they had a Toyota Tacoma 00-04 which no other junk yard in the tri-county area had and after walking around like a moron thinking i could find it myself an employee showed me exactly where it was. i yanked the parts i needed and they worked at a price i found to be fair for the parts i needed

You pay more used then you would brand new at an auto part store. Every place I called for the part used was $20-$50 and they are charging $300!!!! Its $219 at an auto part store for a brand new one. Way over priced!
