WATCH OUT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNFRIENDLY and HARD TO REACH. Dont get sick before a clinic or youll be stuck footing the whole bill!! Paid $55 for a mothers day gift for my wife for some private swim lessons. She got violently ill so I called and emailed as soon as I could think of what of her items I would have to cancel. Received no call back or no response to my email. Had to call Monday to reach anyone. Owner called back and said sorry nope cant do it. Didnt even try and mediate the situation. I responded with a long email explaining customer service. Got an arrogant snide response saying, "Well tell you what (As if I didnt know anything) you come in and ill give you a credit." You really think Im going to come and spend money in your store? Whole situation could have been handled a lot better. Looks like that Cervello P2 will be bought at All3Sports Instead.

I purchased a living social voucher for a complete bike maintenance and had a very bad experience. The regular price was $70, the place is closed Sundays-Mondays, they told me the service will take 48 hours, i took my bike on Tuesday morning and they had it ready by Friday afternoon. The brakes and shifters were not adjusted, the only thing they did was to clean and lube the chain!! They told me the front derailleur was damaged and that is why they did not make any adjustments. I asked them how much is to replace/fix the derailleur and they said they dont do that there because they dont work on mountain bikes! I got home and Google how to adjust the derailleur and did it myself in less than an hour, there was nothing broken like they stated. Very dissapointing, slow and mediocre service. I will never go back and will never reffer anybody over there.

Great Company to have done business with, ordered some parts online got it very quick to my door in LA. Called in spoke to Matt over the phone because i had a couple questions before i purchased my working out/exercise equipment. and Matt was very friendly, guided me through all my questions. Curtis Henry set up my road bike with new geometry for this year’s 2011 IRONMAN, Arizona. After riding for years I thought I was set up just fine. But at the urging of my IronTeam coaches I made an appointment with Curtis. What great advice. What a great experience. The bike set up is great. I ordered a store returned Stages Power Meter Shimano Dura-Ace 9000, which was listed at a $175 discount below full retail. I was able to complete the order online, but it turns out the unit had already been sold. Sport Factory honored the purchase and sent me a brand new unit at the discounted price, without my even having to ask. That is truly outstanding customer service! Thank you Sport Factory!
