I used this place last year for my teams jerseys,shirts, etc. We spent a lot of money at this place. The staff acts like they are doing you a favor as opposed to treating you like a customer. I was told that our jerseys would be done on Friday. On Thursday afternoon I was nearby and stopped in to see if maybe they were done early(I also needed to pick up a game ball). the lady working was like" we told you Friday right, then it will be Friday" On another occasion we had some tshirts made up for parents to wear to games. I stopped in and dropped off the order and asked her if there was any chance it could be done in a week. Her response was "absolutely not, we will need at least 2 weeks" When I did get the shirts back they had mixed up the last names and sizes and completely butchered the order. Instead of apologizing and expediting the order to fix THEIR mistake, they took another 2 weeks and never offered an apology or any sort of discount. The parents ended up having the shirts for 2 games and the seaosn ended The main lady and the older guy who work there (the owner I think) just have bad attitudes and seem to snap at customers. I dont need that crap and took my teams $6,000 to Egelston Maynard in Covington Ky this year, they are friendly and actually care

Accommodating and efficient. I had an emergency print job for 30 shirts and their turn around was within 24 hours! Thanks Kuhl, greatly appreciate the hard work put into my print job! Wades Review: I discussed this with the company and it turns out there was a bad employee who no longer works there. So no more bad customer service.
