Ordered a helmet. Was told 5 days would be in. Did not receive a call that there was a delay at warehouse, found out from us calling in to check on status. Then still did not receive a call that it was in. After 2.5 weeks, i called in. Kristi said a call was made...but i received no call. Her responses were quite rude. If they didnt use the area code, then the call never came to me. Which is why I gave it to them when I ordered. She tried to say my mailbox was full. No, this is not the case. Fyi, customer service skills could be improved, especially by management. When you spend $170 for a product, you expect notifications AND being polite could keep business, especially when the product was not delivered when said so. Not impressed. Some customer service skills could be learned from the high school employees that work in there.

This was honestly better than any other lacrosse store Ive been to. A nice young man, Alex I believe his name was, helped me out while I was there buying lacrosse gear for my older son as he begins his journey. Him being in first grade, and me being nothing more than a high school lacrosse player, I definitely had some questions. He was more than helpful. Customer service 10/10. Prices 10/10. Going anywhere else for you lacrosse gear and questions would be stupid! Go Browns!

We have purchased several items from Velocity and always find their staff to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I think that is the benefit of shopping small vs. some of the local big box stores. The staff are lacrosse players that have played with the equipment vs. pulling somebody over from the baseball section to try to answer your questions.

Came in looking for a new stick after I had just broken mine. I wasnt exactly sure what I needed but luckily Kristi was able to point me in the right direction and set me up with a brand new stick. She was extremely helpful and patient with me and my many questions. Best lacrosse retailer I have ever been to!

I was very happy with the customer service that I received when visiting Velocity. They also had great variety of products, I was able to choose from Maverik, Brine, Warrior or STX. Anyone who needs any lacrosse gear and is in the southern Ohio area should stop in Velocity.
