I cant really think of anything that wasnt great about my experience. Eddie was very knowledgeable and helpful, spending a good deal of time with me showing me the mechanics behind the various treadmill models. There was no pressure to buy, he encouraged me to do some research online on the various models (he told me about some videos) and gave me a card. I went in a few days later and purchased the Precor treadmill. It was delivered a few days later, where delivery and install went well. Overall I had a very positive experience.

A first class experience, led by Gordie and Rich/Eddie. The difference that sets The Fitness Store apart from any other store that sells equipment is the knowledge and attention to your needs the staff shows. Honesty and the detailed explanation of what it is that you are paying for truly impressed me. This is something I never would have received in any other store when looking for a treadmill. I would recommend The Fitness Store to anyone looking for a high quality product...and even higher quality customer service.

Richard is fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable!! We spent almost 2 hours with him in the store and purchased a Precor treadmill, TRX bands, and weights for our gym. He went through what our needs were and made sure that we bought equipment that filled those needs without over spending. Truly a great experience!!! He also took the time to follow-up the next day to insure that everything was in order and to see if we had any questions. Thank you, Richard!

My experience with Richard at the West Chester Fitness Store was Fantastic! His customer service was superior and his communication was exceptional. Repeated poor customer service after spending lots of money on two ElliptiGos. Promises not honored. Richard was great, but according to the New York store manager, is no longer with the company. Will not return.
