I purchased a $175 pair of asics running shoes here in January 2017. I went into the store in January and had my size and width measured with their computer program and the staff recommended these shoes and size. I didnt use them very much, mainly indoors. Theyve started tearing on the lateral inseams on both shoes. Ive never had a pair of running shoes break down like this. I brought the shoes in today to try to exchange them because theyre obviously defective. The staff told me that I had the wrong size for my foot even though they had measured it. They said my foot was too wide for the shoe. And then went on to say that asics is now making a more narrow shoe and sometimes they see this tearing on the lateral seems. They also said that since its outside of the 90 day window they cant exchange them out. They did not try to offer me any type of compensation or exchange. They basically said tough luck. Very poor customer service. Im sure if I wouldve gone to Dicks Sporting Goods or another larger department store they would have quickly exchanged them out. I know that shoe manufacturers will exchange defective shoes if they have greater than 50% tread remaining and these clearly do. I would not recommend this business for your sporting goods needs.

Stopped in to try on some shoes for arch support. One of the staff members was extremely rude and condescending. I genuinely needed some advice for what type of shoe I should purchase and was overwhelmed with him suggesting an insert (which I did not want) and continued to ramble on about how their company was a "private running company and getting a membership would be best". In addition, after telling him I was looking for both running and cross training shoes combined, he kept insisting that I only needed cross training shoes. On top of it all the attitude and tone of the conversation was enough to make me immediately leave the store. Will not be returning and will warn anyone who does. If you like bougie running stores with uppety staff, this is your spot.

Very uncomfortable sales staff. The lady who helped me was downright condescending. Ive been running for over 15 years and know very well what works for me, yet she seemed to think I was doing it all wrong, which included needing to wear more expensive socks. The only reason I went here was because I called ahead to check the price of a shoe I already knew I wanted. It turned out the price they gave me was only for members of a fee-based membership club they push on you very heavily. I ended up leaving the shoes on the counter and walking out after the cashier basically said, "oh well, that was the wrong price you were told." I guess they are commission-based, which made for a very uncomfortable experience.

We have been here twice, and they staff have always been helpful. The only reason they dont exactly get 5 stars is they do try to sell very hard, I get that, its premium gear and they get sales bonus goals....but they dont exactly tell you the prices upfront. I know this is in a higher class area of town, but do tell your patrons the prices before basically providing the service (custom molded insoles).

So stressful - music blasting (it was a special day) and they make you do this super excessive "Shoe Dog" thing, that at the end theyre like "and thats 70 extra". No. Employees seem super pressured to be bubbly and they ring a bell and everyone *woops* every single time someone joins VIP. Made it a horrible buying experience. Kendra was nice though.

I didnt feel pressured into buying anything. Their attitude was to show me, and to give me all of the information that I needed. They were extremely polite, extremely friendly. Yesterday I went jogging for the first time in months because my foot used to hurt so bad.
