I came in with a couple of brand new baseball helmets. They offered me a price and I said I needed to speak to my wife to decide cash or store credit, and would most likely return as my son plays several sports. I was told it would not be a problem, they gave me a WRITTEN quote. My wife made the stop after a doctors visit with our 8 month old. She was alone and brought a box with the helmets, the WRITTEN QUOTE, and other items including bats we had previously purchased from "Play It Again" that also had the stamped markings of "Play It Again". They refused to accept the WRITTEN QUOTE, because they said an employee had made a mistake. They offered her less than the original quote for everything in the box. Another employee spoke up and said he could not do that because the bats were marked, there was a specific price for them. The other employee interrupted him and said we are not taking bats period, this is the only offer. They were rude and disrespectful to my wife who was shocked by their attitudes. They refused to assist her to her car with the box and baby in hand. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY WITH PLAY IT AGAIN SPORTS....EVER. I WILL SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH EVERY PARENT WITH MEET WITH OUR SONS SPORTS TEAMS.

Yeah no...I ran in looking for a youth athletic cup for my 10 year old. When I told the man working there that I only needed the cup and not the support/girdle, he pointed to the one lonely cup they had. My first question when I picked it up was "Is this new?" (who would sell or buy a used cup right?) b/c the "packaging" was way too suspect (it was a smudgy worn out plastic container). His answer: "Yeah, its new." I turn it over, and see by the lint that was stuck all around the edges that is was definitely not new, and I told him such. His reply: "Well thats all we have" and he walked off. Hmmmm... I actually laughed about this on the way out b/c he must have meant "Yeah, its new to you". But, you get one star, because you lied and told me it was new. And also b/c your crappy attitude distracted me from even considering the new cup and support packages you had hanging there.

Jason and the whole crew are always very helpful! I have sold many of my old disc golf discs there as well as other random sports stuff I no longer use. Jason has been a big support in the disc golf community by working with me to carry the discs that both me and all my fellow disc golfers like to use. He has also been very supportive of local events and is always interested in promoting sports in the local community. Go here and buy their stuff! Have shopped here for years and never been more disappointed in the lack of customer service than we just received. We purchased an elliptical machine new in the box and paid them extra to put it together. After five uses the left arm came off. We called to see when they could come repair it and it was not their problem, it was a manufacturers warranty problem. It was poorly assembled for $250, not a manufacturers problem. I guess the mall closing is effecting service there as well. Dont see them in business much longer with this attitude.

You know what youre getting when shopping here. I like the idea of getting joy from someone elses used stuff. Hello Craigslist. The guy that runs this location is super nice and wants to help local kids get outside and stay active. Thats why I take my old athletic gear here as often as I can. He has a good selection of gear for the major sports kids are playing these days (football, soccer, basketball, baseball, golf, etc...). He has something for everyone at the Play It Again location. Well deserved.

Purchased a bat yesterday today I went to exchange it, was told since I did not have my receipt the best they could do was purchased it from me for $2 after Id spent $57 on it. And the same guy who sold it to me was there. What a bunch of POS.

It says online it closes at 7 yet Im sitting here in the parking lot at 6:47 and theyve closed the place. No lights on no one answering the phone nothing. Id understand if it was 5 minutes til close or even 10 but its not.
