Step dad like golf. Nike spend millions on promotions in golf, like on Tiger Woods.. I buy gift card for step dad knowing Nike spend $ to promote golf swoosh. Step dad go to outlet. Nothing much if any to do with golf there. And if they do, um, customer service? Gloves, balls, polos, club covers.... The man is 66, swings a club, and all he could find relevant to him in this "astute " establishment owned by the mega sweatshop who spent millions in golf promotions, were some socks. And my 55 yr old mother who exercises didnt find anything marketed to her either. #Marketingfail

2 days after purchasing $210 of clothing for my kids I received a 30% off email from Nike. I went to return the items and was going to repurchase using my coupon. Hunter the store manager said that was the same thing as a price adjustment and said it was against store policy. So instead Nike lost out on my moderate purchase and I returned it all and walked out with nothing and went two doors down to Under Armour. He was a jerk and I do not plan to shop the Nike outlet in the future. Yes Hunter you costed Nike a great customer.

These particular store has a big selection of clothing and usually cheaper than other nikes. But their customer service is horrible. Letme not forget their fittig room is so small and the line ahhhh..

Horrible customer service. I guess Nike trains their people to lie to customers. You lost a loyal customer over 15 dollars. Theres plenty of other shoe retailers willing to take my money.

It was okay. I would expect some better deals being an outlet store. Some staff were helpful, others were just there. I have been in much better Nike outlets.

Dont carry many infant items like a normal Nike store. Disappointed in lack of ATL Braves apparel during season but they always carry Falcons gear.
