I am a positive person. This business is quite the opposite! I ask myself why do I continue to shop here. I , the customer , was in the sales portion of the shoes in the back of the store when an employee, who has a job here at Shoe Gallery because of customers like me, said hello and smiled as she was walking out one door and into the bathroom. It was as if I was invisible . She walked right past me and proceeded to the bathroom. When she came out I asked her if she worked there and she said yes and hesitated and then asked me if I needed any help. REALLY lady! People like you DO not belong out of their homes into the World attempting to bring others down with you. Good try ...

I dont know if the employees here could get any snobbier. Theyre so rude if you dont fit the look of their ideal customer, so beware of the customer service if you have tattoos or piercings. Oddly enough, Ive been an extremely loyal customer for years , but Im fed up with the full body scans their employees seem so comfortable doing right in your face. Yesterday, an employee from the Brighton jewelery section walked out from behind her desk, looked me up and down very slowly, and muttered an unenthusiastic hello. There are some sweethearts working there, but the overall level of snobbery is too much, especially for a MID GRADE shoe store. Come on yall.

Terrible service and store manager. I was treated like a theft the moment I step in the store. And the only reason why I was even in the store was because my mother in law was looking for shoes. I was ask four different times do I need any help by the same person. I kindly said "no thank you, Im just looking". Just waiting for my mother in law to finish, its sad how people and a company can still can judge a book by its cover. I call to speak to the store manager and he didnt care. Just another customer huh.

The styles and items cater to the over 40 female. You can find clothing that is trendy yet not ridiculous. And you can find interesting jewelry and accessories. They carry shoes and bags as well, but the designer type shoes are ridiculously high priced and you can buy some of the bags for much less on Amazon. They do carry a lovely assortment of Brighton. While some of the employees or owners are helpful, several do not have a welcoming attitude. Its certainly worth a look inside.

Robin Peer was extremely helpful. I wanted a particular pair of shoes for an upcoming wedding. Robin took the time to check the stock and secured the pair of shoes. Then she personally dropped off the shoes to FedEx to make sure I received the package before the wedding. The price of the shoes were over $20 less expensive. Thanks, Robin. You were great

In addition to the styrofoam cups and plastic forks this restaurant also has generic food with muted flavors. Unfortunately they have either dumbed down the herb content or arent from Greece!
