This store layout is terrible. They have rows upon rows of shoes and only two or three tiny little seats to try them on, at the far back of the store. When I went this weekend, two seats were taken up by people waiting for a friend. If you want people to buy your shoes, you need to provide adequate seating to actually try them on. I ended up putting the shoes back on the shelf and leaving, and saw a couple of other people do the same. Skechers - this is such a basic feature of a SHOE STORE. Youre losing customers over this stupid layout.

A Private User

Bought a pair of shoes that the stitching started to unravel after 30 some days. Called the store & talked to a rude young woman who told me that even though it had been over a month, they would refund my money or exchange for another pair as they didnt carry this style anymore. This is my 3rd & last pair of this brand.

I unfortunately had to return a pair of the "go airs" (first pair of sketchers to ever let me down)and let me tell you it was so easy. Sketcher stands behind their promise for a quality product. Just another reason why I love the brand.
