When visiting the Finish Line at Lenox Mall inside of Macys, I was extremely disappointed with their customer service. There was only one associate to help customers. He returned from the back with shoes for a customer and said hed be with me after he helped two customers before me. Understandable. When he returned for the second time, he put the shoes I requested to the side and disappeared again. When he returned for the third time, he began to request shoe sizes from customers that came up AFTER me. When I said something about it, he proceeded to loudly explain his reason for his poor service - as I explained his perception. He went to the back AGAIN only to bring out the wrong shoe and the wrong size in another. And instead of making it right, he begins to ring up a customer who arrived after me, gave a half apology, and stated hell look for my shoes again when he went to the back - AFTER he rang up more customers. This pitiful customer service was a waste of 37 minutes of my day. I WILL NEVER RETUN
