This incident happened on March 7, 2017 on 12:50 P.M. At 12:00 P.M. I decided to stop by Walmart to get lunch at the Deli section. I ordered a single plate meal which I normally do. I paid for it at the self check out and I ate in the store. After sitting for 50 minutes, I was getting ready to leave. I walked out the store and I was confronted by a loss prevention lady by the name of Dee or Dean (Whatever it is.) She told me if I paid for my lunch, I told her yes. She said wheres my receipt. The issue was, upon leaving the store, Ive already threw away my receipt in the trash. She then accused me of stealing and took my half eaten food out of my hands. I was so furious that I went back into the trash can at McDonalds got back my receipt. It took a minute before I found her with the food I paid for in her hands. I then showed her my receipt and she handed me back my food. Still angered by the situation, I proceeded to the nearest trash can threw away my food. She cussed her teeth. Customers in the store was flabbergasted on how Walmart will literary call LP on $4.89 worth of FOOD! —Very petty. Im sure theyre more serious matters that Walmart needs to focus on to fix their high theft rate. Im also sure if someone DID steal a cooked meal from Walmart, wouldnt it still be a loss? It wouldve ended in the trash! What a waste of time, energy, and my sanity. I will continue to shop here, but if anyone else wants to accuse me of anything, please review the tapes and properly train your staffs when to confront someone at the right moment. Have somebody near the doors at all times checking receipts.

If I could give a negative 10 i would....We went in for an oil change and the "free rotate" for our tires. We ask the clerk, whos a girl but looks boyish about the guys rotating our tires because we paid for lifetime balance/rotate ( but it was entered as lifetime balance at the other store we purchased the tires from)....and thats exactly whats stated on the sign behind them. She looks it up in the system and proceeds to tell us that we paid for lifetime balance...Well, Balancing is FREE FOREVER when purchasing tires from Walmart, so why would I spend an extra 9.00 per tire for that?!... We call the lazy and incompetent assistant Manager name Holly to the back....well low and behold, she asks the very people we are disputing this with....Rude and needs to be demoted!!! They were so convinced we paid for lifetime balance when its free....We even had a guy who worked in The TLE who told them that what we purchased (pertaining to the rotate) was correct!!! But Holly incompetent self wouldnt listen because she was too lazy to do actual research to find the problem. Over all, they will not be seeing us back there....Oh yea, the manager is no better!!! We even called other Walmart stores and they agreed we were correct!!! Such idiots....

everyone "Hates" walmart but its a necessary evil. I have few good things to say about this walmart because EVERY time I go there they are sold out of half the things I go there for. And its not like these things are off the wall things; green beans?! Meat selection is poor. Many, most, of the cashiers are super friendly and will have a conversation with you but last week I had a run in with two cashier floor managers that absolutely set me off. They basically tag teamed me and were upset with ME because one of the new self checkout machines apparently doesnt do split transactions and was frozen. They acted as if I shouldve known, no signage or anything. They refused to let me just go on my way and I wasted 30+ minutes of my life arguing with these two before the computer finally booted itself back up. Never have enough registers open on busy days, always out of something, minimal help when/if you do need it and lawn and garden is NEVER open. Get it together guys!!!

I have never in my life left a protest review before, but in this case I will make an exception. Refusing to bake a simple cake for a police officer who risked his life to serve your community for his entire career is inexcusable and disrespectful. This was unbelievably bad judgement on the part of your bakery workers and the managers who supported their ridiculous decision. What in the world is wrong with your employees that they are confused by who the good guys are vs who the bad guys are? Maybe this will help: The good guys--the cops--are the ones you would call for help when the bad guys are robbing your store or threatening the safety of your customers and/or employees. Generally you would be happy to bake a cake for the good guy, not so much for the bad guy. Or maybe your employees see things differently?

My past few experiences here have not been pleasant, but today..surprisingly the associates from toys and grocery were extremely nice and helpful. One even carried the pack of bottled water I had to the cashier it was greatly appreciated ( I think his name was Charles..lol). On the other hand the girl from the vision center. The one with the blonde and black hair had no manners. Was there for over an hour and just watched as customer after customer made disgusted faces towards her. No please, no thank you. Just give me your instead card. You! Come here.. Wth . You can tell all other associates had customer service experience ..I don't know, maybe she was new?

Wanted to leave this review hoping there might be someone in upper management that actually cares. Planning a large party for upwards of over 500 guests. Walmart was the most cost efficient course to go for the event. But with the recent disgusting unpunished behavior of its vile employees we have unanimously decided to move our business from the McDonough Walmart store to multiple small businesses. Yes, it will raise our costs substantially, but everyone has agreed its the right thing to do. Congratulations, youve lost 20K in business. Dont think the disgusting behavior of your employees goes unnoticed. Guess well take our "white" money elsewhere.

The customer in front of us had a price discrepancy & it took 15 min or more for 1 of 3 CSM s to come help her. The womens bathroom in the front of the store was horrindace....it smelled like a truck drivers bathroom & the toilets looked as if they had not been cleaned in over a week, they had pink rings inside them where the bowls had not been clean thoroughly. There was nasty toilet paper everywhere. It was not a very sanitary place to be. I feel Wal-Matt employees do not care about the customers & seems the managers do not either. If it were not for Us customers none of them would have a job.

Racist racist racist!!! If I denied to provide a customer service I would be fired, but apparently at Walmart being black entitles you label all cops as racists, rudely refuse them service AND still keep your job??? Sam Walton would be spinning in his grave!!! I hope to God that these racists were fired!!! I think we should all head down to our local store and place the same order and see if this is a random incident or if this is a systemic problem within the Walmart corporation. Walmart better clean this up and straighten out their employees or the law suits will start rolling in very soon!!!
