I would have given it a five- star before today. I have been shopping at Harveys in Lakeland for the past 11 years and theyve always had a very friendly staff today I went to the deli department and the lady there was so rude that I actually cancelled my order and walked out, I did go two the manager and spoke to him about it, he apologized for the way she acted and didnt even charge me for the prepackaged sandwich meat that I had in my cart I would definitely recommend them just being weird of the deli department.

This store is very expensive on almost every thing in the store. I guess they jack their prices up because there is no other grocery store in town. I go to the local butchers shop for my meats. This Harveys is bad for taking smelly older meat and apply seasoning rub to sale at a discount price.

Customer service is not as good as it was. ... Its disappointing because they always had good service and you could request items that they didnt carry. Now, checkout people just want you done and gone so they can chat with each other.

prices are high compared to Wal-Mart but since Wal-Mart is 30 miles away it is good to save the trip. Employees are always friendly and upbeat and they have really great sales/deals on meats every week

Need to bring more Goya products. Not just Mexican food/seasonings. Not all Hispanics are Mexican. Have to drive to Publix in Valdosta to get what I need.

Store has this old funky smell. Staff are pretty nice. Deli seems to not have any qualms about serving old food. Most items are horribly over priced.

I shop there on Saturdays, its busy and Ive never seen more than 2 cashiers. They also run out of stock on several sale items.

Smaller size Harveys with big heart, everyone was just as friendly and helpful as the larger stores.

Always nice and great deals all the time. A smaller selection but its also a small town.

Decent selection but expensive. I use it for quick inbetween items like milk or bread.
