PC Haven is the brick and mortar shop you wish there were more of. Far from the polished look of the big box stores, PCH is more like the garage of a friend ... a friend who has known computers for a long time and shares in your enthusiasm for creating just the right computer for your needs as well as helping you in the event that you dug just a little too deep into your registry and now your computer is acting crazy and you NEED to have your data restored (I know I should have backed it up; I intended to back it up, but I know Peter and Jennifer and Jim can get it back!). They are friendly, reliable, honest and just plain good people. I always go back to PCH and highly recommend it to friends. I have been going there for 5 years and plan to keep returning for as long as I live in Fayetteville, or as long as I live within driving distance!! -Beau Z., Fayetteville, GA

I have been to PC Haven for 2 separate problems. Both times the customer service was BAD. I had to come back repeatedly to have simple questions answered. I was never given a price for the work ahead of time and when the work was done the price was much more then I expected it to be. The shop looks like a garage with nothing in a place. I will never go back to then again.
