I Had came to this store at 2:30 p.m. and was quickly prompted to talk to a person about my appointment I had scheduled. I went up to a employee to check in and was asked for what was my reason and was told by this person that the repair time is 45mins for a cracked iPhone display. I took a seat at the genius bar while I sat there for ONE HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES until I was finally assisted in my repair for a cracked iPhone 6 screen. As i sat in a wooden chair in discomfort a customer had came in after me and left before when the same problem, which just blew my mind! At 4:00p.m. I was then assisted and was told that it would take 45 minutes to repair by the employee that was assisting me (A DIFFERENT ONE), so I just sat at the genius bar browsing on the laptop. My phone went into the repair shop at 4:00 p.m. Also i am writing this review while Im still waiting...... so this stuff is still fresh in my head. The time now is 5:34 and just talked to a employee was was told that he will look into my repair. A Great employee named Franky was extremely fast in helping me and was told that their calibration machine is down. I got in touch with the manager and explained him my issue and was told by him that he is very sorry and should have prompted me with any problems. At the end of the day I came in with a cracked iPhone display and left with a new phone free of charge provided by the manager in consideration of my time. I left a happy customer and the manager is a great guy and considerate of how others feel. LEAVING TIME 6:00p.m.

I went to this store some time ago to replace my iPhone 5s. Id been there before, and one of the employees told me there was a sticky substance that caused the wires in my phone to corrode. I agreed to come back within a few days to replace the phone. At that point there werent any appointment slots available, but I was told on multiple occasions that I could just walk in, especially since me not having a phone is considered an "emergency" to them. I went in a couple of days later and one of the employees told me they were completely booked and wouldnt be able to replace my phone (this is usually done in less than ten minutes from my experiences). I explained to him that I called before several times and each time I was told I could be seen. He told me I was misinformed (the store called an AppleCare specialist for me, who told me this information so Im sure I wasnt misinformed) and told me I could schedule an appointment the next day. Since I had already wasted money in traveling there and I already hadnt had a phone for two days (which since Im a female college student who travels at night on a regular basis, it was pretty dire that I got my phone replaced), I just left and went to Apple Store Lenox. I wont go into details with how helpful Lenox was, but lets just say they replaced my phone within an hour. They were also overbooked. They also said my wires werent corroded at all... Long story short, if your equipment breaks and you need it right away, dont go to Apple Store Perimeter.

Came in to get my Macbook Pro examined after it wouldnt start up properly. Guy who helped me said hed try a few software fixes. Instead, he came back and said it was liquid damage, that he couldnt do anything, and that my only option was to pay over $700 for a repair. Now, if someone finds liquid damage in the system Im not going to try to argue, it is what it is. However, I had many reasons to suspect otherwise. As it turns out it was actually an issue with the OS. Im typing this from the same Macbook, which I ended up fixing (VERY EASILY) by myself after like two Google searches. What upsets me is that the associate clearly made no attempt to try to fix the issue. Im a broke liberal arts student with absolutely no professional experience with computers of any sort. I effortlessly did something that this guy gets paid to do and failed at anyway. cmon man. anyways, Apple yall hiring?

The employees at this store are rude and horrible. Went to the store on the iPhone 7 release day to buy a phone with a friend. They had three lines: two for preorder/pick-ups and one for walk-ins. The employee that was directing the crowd (which really wasnt a crowd since the Plus wasnt released) was very rude and had an attitude. When my friends and I finally made it to the front of the line for our turn to enter the line completly stopped moving. We stood there for an hour and a half waiting to enter. The employees were standing around talking and laughing amongst themselves groups around the door. Totally ignoring our line. Movement didnt start again until people started complaining and getting upset. I will never go to this store again... unprofessional. For the amount of many Apple makes you would think they would choose better people to represent their product.

Made an appointment with Apple for 2:20 on a Thursday! Got to the store at 2:15, and spoke to Ben within 5 minutes. We discussed my options. I Asked them to fix my broken screen on my MacBook Pro! He said, there are 20 repairs in front of you. I was like, ok! He said it could take up to 10 days for them to repair mine. Said, "no worries." Ben said if you could have it back, what day would that be? I told him the following Thursday would be great! On the 3rd day, they called and my Mac was ready to pick up. On the 3rd day! Id like to thank Ben for being so professional and knowledgeable. Id also like to thank nice young lady from Texas for set up my appointment for me. Yes, the store was busy, yes the price was high, but you cant question their timing and professionalism. Im very pleased with this store, and will be returning in the future!

I had a defective product which in my opinion was a safety hazard. Problem was my flight out of country was scheduled to take off in 3 hours. I walked in and brought the issue to Sterling. Curious was nearby and immediately had the feeling I was dealing with someone who would take care of it, and Curtis (manager?) in particular showed that he truly cared about the customer. He had no idea that I am responsible for our companies purchasing dept. (we buy about 200k worth of products every year) and I didnt want to have to use that to address the issue. Surely not every apple store treats their customers like this but i was impressed with the speed and efficiency in which they handled the problem and sent off for further review to corporate...and I caught my flight.

Let me explain this, for the people complaining about the waiting time... Stop being so entitled. Every Apple Store has similar waiting times and you have to wait for your turn. So maybe bring a book? I am for ever grateful for the service I received at this location. We were greeted with big smiles even if it was 30 minutes to closing time. We came from another Apple Store who couldnt help us and Zahra I believe her name was took such good care of us and resolved all of our issues. I cant thank her enough. Sadly we depend on our mobile devices so much and I feel like Zahra was empathetic and so patient. Thanks for your amazing work! I had to give her a hug before I left. She saved my life lol!
