My computer was not turning on what so ever, so I took it to Cyber-Tech Computers. The attendant and I think owner Moe, was very courteous and professional. He fixed my laptop by the next day, it ended up being a bios reset and he explain to me what the issue was, how he fixed it, and how to prevent the issue. Unrelated to the original issue, I had a audio problem when I upgraded to Windows 10. He told me what the issue was and how to fix it and was not charged, and a couple of hours later (at home) I fixed the issue. Lastly, while I was in the store, I witness a elderly man needing help login onto the computer because the keyboard was "messed up". Moe, quickly spot the problem (the keyboard was set to another language), corrected it and explain to the man what had happen, he also did this free of charge. Moe was nice, professional and from my two interactions with him, he appeared to be honest and technically proficient. If you have a CPU issue and cant fixed it, I recommend Cyber Tech Computers.

Five Star Reviews My A$$! Those a bogus!! This place is one of the absolute worst small businesses Ive ever dealt with. These are not honest people. Theyll rip you off on repairs and try to keep your computer if you protest. Go inside and look at all the used computers that are for sale. Where do you think they get them from? Stick with more reputable businesses: Best Buy, Office Depot, etc. The big names have a reputation to uphold and stockholders to answer to.

Needed a new network adapter that big box stores just dont stock any longer. Called in to Cyber-Tech, they confirmed they had one and it was a couple of dollars more than Amazon which was fair. The store isnt huge but they had what I needed. The guy who assisted me was friendly, offered case screws if I needed them as well. Definitely worth a call or visit if you need an item locally.

Who knew Id find a Super Hero at a computer repair shop?! Cybertech rescued me after being extremely disappointed by the Geek Squad! Mo completed in 2.5 Hours what the Geek Squad said would take 3 days. Cybertech as extremely cost effective, efficient and knowledgeable. They will get all of my business from now on. Big Thanks!

These guy are awesome. Took my computer to Best Buy and they wanted $410.00 to do the same repairs that these guys did for $80.00 total tax included. Computer works great and it took them one day to make the repairs. I will definitely use these guys in the future and will recommend them to everyone I can.
