UPDATE! A few days ago, my girlfriend and I went in for diagnostic over her liquid spill on her Macbook. Some mishaps happen and it was understandable, but at the same time my girlfriend and I were frustrated and werent too happy at how things were handled. Having said that, Barry reached out to me the next morning and apologized for an anomaly that doesnt happen quite often. He wanted to show me how Experimac really does things on a regular basis. My girlfriend and I decided to give Experimac another chance and we were really pleased at how things turn out this time around. We were never shown customer service quite like this before. From getting updates to finding options to getting everything done in a timely manner. I had no idea that this type of customer service exists. I originally rated Experimac one star, but Im glad to have seen this type of customer service. Barry, Marcus and the rest of the Experimac team definitely deserve a 5 star rating. Everything you guys have done have been above and beyond! Well be coming back here again because not only of the customer service, but the professional mannerism. Thank you Experimac!

Had them install a battery on my 2008 MacBook which Apple refuses to even carry into their back room due to liability reasons (if they drop it and break it they owe me a new one and mine is considered "vintage" or some crap like that. The first battery did not warn me when it was shutting down. The screen would just go black. I called them and they said bring it back and they would replace it. They did and the new one works like a champ. Its not their fault the first battery was defective and they never made me feel like I was trying to scam them or something (which of course I was not). Nice clean shop. Nice people. I didnt know they had refurbished Apple products...will go there to get my Dad a used iPad at some point!

I had dropped my iphone6 and cracked the front screen pretty good. Was thinking about just buying a new phone but once I noticed the prices of a used one I decided to get my screen replaced for a 3rd of what it would it would have cost me to replace the phone. Walked in asked him to replace the screen and an hour later I picked it up. The phone seems brand new because of the new screen so I am definitely glad I got it replaced. Also I had a problem with ring back volume before and after I took it to Experimac I no longer have that issue which is awesome.

Barry and his team did a great job repairing and updating my wifes 2008 MacBook Pro. Prices were reasonable and service was good. We anticipate many more years of service out of the old relic. Word to the wise, if updating an old Mac OS system, the conversion from iPhoto to Photo is a disaster. Apple says the iPhoto library should transfer to Photo seemlessly, but it takes a lot of manual effort and some photos are lost. If theres a workaround, I couldnt find it. I found much similar unhappiness with iPhoto to Photo conversion on Mac forums online.

These guys were great. Came in with an iPhone4- broken screen and not charging anymore. Somehow they found brand new guts for the relic and replaced the glass! They were quick - 1day - turnaround. They kept me informed along the way. I think I got really lucky as well. Very professional and friendly. Trusting someone with all your un-backed up pix/docs (my bad !) is something to be taken very seriously. And they delivered. Thanks guys! ps. Im not sexist, I just didnt see any female associates at that time. lol

As a graphic designer, the programs and files on my computer are extremely important. Unfortunately my hard drive failed on me and I couldnt access anything. Experimac was able to recover everything on my Mac and fix my hard drive within a day. I am extremely impressed with their customer service as well as their affordable price for fixing my hard drive. Definitely go here as opposed to an Apple store for service. They are now my go to place.

I found Experimac on google and I had the best experience! I was looking for an IPhone 6 for my 13yr daughter for Christmas and they had exactly what I was looking for at a great price it even came with a free iPhone case which she loved so very much and the customer service was great he was very nice and friendly my daughter is enjoying her iPhone and now she wants an MacBook for her birthday so I plan on make more purchases with Experimac

Quickly becoming a trusted local store. I have made three separate purchases with them including a Mac, a MacBook Air, and just recently, service to repair my moms cracked iPhone screen. Friendly service, knowledgeable staff, they dont push or try to misrepresent their products, and they have reasonable prices. Im in the tech industry so I know exactly what Im looking for and what to avoid. I can confidently recommend Experimac.

Very professional business. I came in with a possible virus on my MacBook...clerk assessed my issue and gave me the best possible solution to fix my computer. Didnt try to up sale any other products, just got to the root of the problem and fixed it! Service was very fast. Will definitely take all Apple products there if I have any future issues.

I bought a cheap phone charger from Five and Below and the tip broke off in my phone. I began to panic because it was late in the evening and I had 9% left in battery usage. I stopped at one place and they could not get it out. Pressed for time, I pulled up at Experimac and Amber was happy to help me get the tip out. Thank you Amber.

Extremely helpful. Extremely friendly. They offered suggestions, answered all questions the best they could. Didnt try to sell me on more than I was there for. This is how businesses should be with customers. The only reason I could see to remove a star would be price.....but since I dont have much to compare to, I wont do that.

Outstanding customer service...would highly recommend a visit if you havent checked out Experimac already. If you own or want-to-own any Apple product, youre doing yourself a big service by paying them a visit. You can get products/service that is on-par with your local Apple store...but less expensive. Whats not to like?

I received terrific service from the folks at Experimac. My MacBook Air had serious issues with a bug in the operating system, made worse by my own attempts at recovery. The techs stuck with me over several days and visits to get my computer back to working order and to salvage my data at the same time.

Super nice folks! They fixed my old MacBook and helped me shop around for a used, but new to me, laptop. They have a good selection- much better than what youll find at SimplyMac. Ill be back to purchase one when my budget allows. Im sending my mom there, so that says something. :)
