After much frustration with laptop issues, I finally used common sense to visit Cherokee Computer. Julie, the Office Manager was extremely friendly, helpful and made me feel immediately at ease. Like everyone else, how can you survive without your communique? Julie made me comfortable leaving my laptop and they were very efficient in fixing my many problems and how reasonable the charges were! I definitely will be back when any other concerns may show up. I cant recommend them enough!

3 computers fried by lightning and insurance company made me have a computer specialist see if they could be repaired. Not only was the price reasonable and the price for transferring data to new computers, Julie went above and beyond working with the insurance agent to determine replacement cost. This our 2nd experience and both times they deserve a 10!

These people were wonderful, they fixed my computer really quickly (in like an hour), I also had to call for directions like 4 times and the woman who I spoke to was always so pleasant and sweet. I really enjoyed my experience with this company and If I have any other computer trouble, I know where I am going.
