GREAT IPAD REPAIR & COMPUTER REPAIR! My 1 year old infant is always playing with our iPad for kid games and stories. Over time though she has pretty much destroyed the iPad to the point where it was barely functioning. The glass was broken and it was barely charging. The other day I stopped by CNR to have the hard drive replaced in my laptop and Mike saw how beat up my iPad was. He offered to check it in for free to diagnose the issues and get back to me. Later that day he called and said the glass definitely needed to be replaced but the other charging issues needed to be looked at further. He told me about their advanced diagnostic fee and presented all the possibilities of what could be causing the charging issues to me. He left the decision in my hands, but since my iPad was less than 2 years old, I decided the advanced fee was well worth the cost. Again, later that day, Mike called and said that the battery or the charging port was the cause of the issue. He said that CNR would order test parts at no additional charge to verify which one. Later that week I got another call and Mike said they successfully diagnosed the battery needed to be replaced. I approved the work and my iPad was up and running later that day! When I picked up, Mike gave me recommendations on good cases that I could put on the iPad to protect it better from my baby. I am so happy with the service I received from CNR. They were up front with me about the costs, the possible outcomes for repair as well as the time it would take. I will continue to do business with CNR for any of my technology needs! YOU GUYS ROCK!

After leaving my 27 inch iMac in the hands of CNR, it became apparent that this was going to be a more complex repair than initially expected. Mike and his team worked repeatedly to ensure that every attempt was made to resolve the technical problems. Mike personally took matters to a complete resolution. This is a stunning display of integrity and shows the true character of a man who stands behind his business. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for such character that is not shown enough in todays fast paced environment. My only wish is that the level of difficulty with this repair does not deter Mike and his team from helping others as needed. Every experience is a learning opportunity and they will be able to help future customers because of it. With the level of dedication and professionalism shown, I would not hesitate one instant to use their services again. They were all kind and patient even when I was not. That is the badge of true customer service. Thank you yet again!

Very terrible experience. Was told that the diagnostic fee was $50. I have a tight work schedule and they are not open for repairs on the weekends. I found the time to get my computer to CNR. I was then told that the diagnosis would cost $100 because its a gaming computer and that if it was a mother board they couldnt fix it, but I wasnt told any of this during my call a week ago. This has caused an inconvenience to me and my partner. Rather than giving me the diagnosis price I was initially quoted, they did nothing to amend THEIR mistake. I do diagnosis prices with my job, and if we were to make a mistake, we fix it. This is how you keep clientele and your customers happy. I will not be recommending this computer repair company to anyone. Strongly recommend going anywhere else.

CNR Technologies installed an SSD into my Macbook, replaced my optical drive with my old hard drive and mirrored everything so that itd be ready to use when I picked it up. They also gave me a great deal on installing more memory into the late 2008 computer I was beginning to think needed replacing. Not only will I not be replacing this computer any time soon, CSR made it feel brand new again. Their quick turnaround time, excellent customer service and genuine desire to make my life easier is unrivaled in the technology market and I am thankful for my experience working with them. Joseph Zollo and his team did a phenomenal job and I would recommend them without question to friends and anyone interested in bringing new life to an aging device.

I rarely remember and or just dont take the time to write reviews but this is one I couldnt miss! If I could give CNR 10 stars I would! I was having serious problems with my Mac Pro. I was ready to take a hammer to it! The upgraded the RAM and installed a T of storage solid state and its moving quicker than my Mac Air! I truly havent dealt with a more professional team. From my first phone call to the moment I walked out the door. They were lightning fast and so reasonable in cost i couldnt believe it! When I picked it up it was all set up in their reception area where they presented it to me. I can tell you if you have any need for a computer repair, upgrade or assistance with any computer dont even consider anyone but CNR!

Their business IT services are truly top notch - CNR keeps our staff productive by maintaining our network. Our previous IT company failed to keep our systems running well, resulting in too much downtime. When our server finally crashed, we called CNR and they had us up and running within 2 hours, since then they have been our IT provider. I love how fast they respond to our requests, its like we have a full time IT staff. Were all extremely happy with CNR and would recommend them to anyone!

I have been using CNR Technologies for my personal computer needs for years now. I recently had some major laptop issues that they were able to diagnose and repair without issue. If you have any issues with your computer, and want to know how to take care of your computer, or have networking needs, you have got to call CNR. Reasonable and fair rates, thorough, and frankly the best guys in the business.

Joe Zollo from CNR helped me out twice this year. He is incredibly smart, capable and easy to work with. He and his co-workers provide fast and cost effective service.
