I had a Dell T1600 tower and a Lenovo 510p laptop. One afternoon, I found Peachtree Computers in a desperate web search. I had been cheap in May 2012 by choosing to buy Autodesk Inventor 2013 -- without the subscription option. I am a 72 year old guy and a lot of opportunities that found me distracted me in a positive way. Finally in Fall of 2015, the opportunity to work on some new patents fell into my lap. I struggled to jump into the CAD that I had never been really interested in. NOW, I had excellent opportunity. Holy Crap! The depth of the alligator pit was threatening my comfort. CAD was not like it was when I hired engineers to take those blasted computer tasks off my hands in 1991. I had CAD resellers telling me that my only solutions were to spend a couple thousand dollars for new software. I had Windows incompatibility errors. I had opportunities to make a few bucks if I could get my ideas portable to do "show and tell". I am an old guy with CRS. This was going to be sticky. My lack of ever getting a firm IT background was screwing up my outlook. Yes, the web search popped up Peachtree Computers on Holcomb Bridge in Roswell. I barged into their office. Immediately, the place was amazing. Intelligent people asked me questions and actually listened to my answers. Hell no, I dont remember their names. They took my computer and said let us look into it. They asked me to give them a few hours. I surrendered my Lenovo to them. I expected the usual --waiting for days for an "agent" to be found. I have previously used Geek Squad online and in office. I have had online sessions with people on other continents . With my hearing aids, I can never understand their rapid banter. The thousands of miles away stranger hastily delving into the bowels of my computer is unnerving. On my way back to the office, I get messages on the admin and progress of some work they are doing. They are researching solutions for Autodesk Inventor 2013 solutions. Unlike the Autodesk reseller saying that my solution is going to cost $2000+, Peachtree Computers guys find the solution is online free! Holy Crap!! (OMG in your terms). The next day, I went in and they had my computer ready to go. Only $154. These guys were NOT the Autodesk reseller "one priority, one solution" guys. I was amazed when I got back to my office and everything worked smoothly. I thought life was pretty good. Life was good. However, I had some sort of Internet Explorer or something. CRS. And, I wanted to be faster. I went back and they clicked a few things and life was good. Then --- I asked about the solid state drive stuff I saw on their counter display. We started talking. Now I have a Dell E6350 refurbished laptop with 500GB solid state drive and 16GB RAM. EVERYTHING runs fast and smoothly. I have Windows that will be supported through 2020. My computer is a pleasure to use for everything!!! I have real world, nice, professional guys a few miles away that give prompt, no-nonsense service, solutions and product. Fantastic!! All this for $650. I am hooked! Giving my Autodesk reseller people credit where it is due --- their software training support has been superlative. LIFE IS GOOD!!

i came in here with two desktops originally, one had a broken motherboard which i kind of figured but they offered free diagnostics so i wanted a definite answer before pouring money into more hard ware. It turned out to be the motherboard. these were both custom gaming computers i had built myself and i had skimped on a lot and lazily built them and i brought them here so they could rebuild them the RIGHT way and they *kinda* did. First of all i had two ssds one 64 gb and one 128 gb. i wanted the files from one put onto the other new (blank) one. they couldnt do it and were having trouble (no big deal) i told them not to worry about it. when i got my computers back they showed me they powered up etc and everything seemed fine and i get home only to find out that my windows which was activated before and working fine was no longer activated? some how by trying to copy the files it unactivated windows which honestly beats me so i had to buy a key online (20 $) to re- activate my OS. The ssds which were supposed to be installed inside the case next to the motherboard were installed on the other side of the case behind which im not sure why that was done... it even says ssd right where it goes and since it was installed on the wrong side the screw holes didnt match up so instead of flipping it and installing it right just wrap a big orange zip tie around it to hold it in place where two screws werent able to be placed... ok, and i was told by jeff over the phone that it would be 79 dollars for BOTH computers since i had no software work done to them just hardware i was told they normally charge 49 and since i had two done it would be 79, i checked my receipt later on the next day and realized i was charged over 150$ DOLLARS and it even said jeff on my receipt as my cashier even though im not sure which one of you is jeff and i spent even more than that to reactivate my windows that they somehow messed up and i didnt realize it since i paid with a card and was in a hurry at the time as i was on my way to work. Take this advice from a student who is getting certified in comptia A+, i will never and i mean NEVER take my computer to anyone to work on ever again ill build it myself and right and ill take all my time in the world to do it right because i dont want an experience like this again. and if you guys at peachtree are reading this, the only reason i gave you two stars rather than one is because your cable management was great and your front desk recipient is hot... congrats.

Just LOVE Peachtree Computers! When I retired from my law firm, I needed a laptop for retirement travel. Since Peachtree had done a phenomenal job repairing my personal desktop computer, and I had seen a display of reconditioned computers on display, I went back last summer and bought a Dell Latitude, which was like new. While traveling last month with my computer in checked baggage, TSA left a note that they had inspected my bag and apparently turned on the airplane mode which I could not figure out how to turn off. Of course, Peachtree could, did, and immediately called me before I left the parking lot. For the last several weeks, I have been unable to access Wi-Fi. Per Peachtree, there was an upgrade to Windows 10 which I had not completed. Again, immediate identification of the issue and repair plus neither time was there any charge. They also have a service where they will link into your computer from home to troubleshoot...just like the IT department at my law firm used to do. Ahhhh! In addition to being so proficient and knowledgeable, they are the nicest service people I have ever met, regardless of which technician you speak with. So, so glad theres Peachtree Computers!

I love these guys. They reward frequent flyers by not charging for things they cant fix. They appear honest and certainly provide excellent customer service. Your computer will almost always turn around within 1 days time. I went to another computer repair guy before and he was very good but ran a one man show with delays in computer turn around. I had to walk up 2-3 flights of stairs carrying a heavy desktop and around the circuitous route to his office. When he fixed my computer I had to listen to a song and dance about how no one else could have fixed this problem and no one else would spend the time he did resurrecting my desktop. I never hear that from Peachtree. They resurrected my dead external drive and transferred it onto the new drive with no drama involved and fast turn around time. If you have a faulty part in your computer they will order it for you and replace it with minimal turn around time with a reasonable bill. They appear knowledgeable and respond to questions. This company has ground floor easy access with parking available in front of the business. Not only that they will carry a heavy desktop out to your car. Whats not to like about these guys. They are a find!
