I understand this is their only bad review but it is a MUST READ!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I wish I could give NO stars but it required at least one. So.... I brought my phone into Peachtree Computers on Powers Ferry Rd right next to MOES and my screen had multiple cracks but not shattered and I could still use my phone with no problem. The guys took the phone and said it would take an hour so I decided to wait for my phone. 45 mins passed and he came out and handed me a phone that looked brand new (as far as my screen) but my screen immediately turned blue while paying for the screen repair. I asked him if he knew why it was blue and he stated "oh its because your phone battery is low" I told him that it never happened but he said it wouldnt happen again. Few days after the repair my phone starts acting really weird it said 3% so I plugged it in for it to go straight to 100%. So I decided to Google the problem to see if anyone else experienced this after a screen repair and a few articles popped up saying the screws can be placed back into the phone wrong and it can cause a blue screen/shut off and thats exactly what the problem was with my iPhone 5s. So I called the store and a guy by the name of Brian answered and I described what was going on and he said I may need a new battery. I was shocked cause I never had an issue previously with my battery so I told him I would come in for him to look at it. I went into the store that Friday and spoke with the same young guy who repaired my screen he looked confused and didnt know what to tell me so he passed me on to Brian. He said he can hook my phone up to see if its the battery or if not it may be the logic board he puts my device onto his machine that detects issues and everything passed. He began to mention that he can do further test which can take anywhere from 1-4 hours And that day I didnt have the time so I told him I would return. Today I went in for him to try to solve this blue screen / shut off my phone is doing and let it with Brian for 1 hr seeing how that the only time I was available for him to keep my phone that long. I retired after the hour for good and bad news which I only got bad news. He then informs me that my logic board is gone and I should buy another phone. I am completely disappointed because my phone has been working perfectly fine and ever since the repaired the screen not only does it do the blue screen/ shut off it wont hold a charge it would be full charger overnight for me to make a phone call and its down to 2%. Now they wont fix the issue they cause nor will they replace my phone. So I am completely upset and will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER. You just lost a customer.

Im a software developer and I needed a more powerful machine for resource-intensive work. But I didnt want to spend an obscene amount of money. I shopped around at the usual big name stores online: Frys, Newegg, Amazon, but didnt want to wait a week for shipping. I saw a desktop on their website for a very good price and with better specs for the price than any other online retailer. I almost couldnt believe it. I called ahead to ask about it and the guy with whom I spoke was very nice and answered my questions. When I got to the store, the guy at the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable and opened the side panel so I could see inside the tower. Even though its a refurb, the inside was clean (no dust bunnies) and I could tell they take pride in their work. The listed specs were correct and so far Ive had no problems. The fact that they have a warranty is also a very good sign. Great products and customer service is a rare combo, in my experience. Overall, Im very pleased and have recommended them to my techie friends and co-workers.

Peachtree Computers has now looked at all three computers in my household, and each experience has been wonderful. When I had issues with my Mac laptop, Peachtree Computers not only fixed it the same day, but returned it in better working condition than even when I bought it brand new. When my husband had an issue with his upgraded Windows installation, they eliminated the virus he had installed instead and returned it in great working condition. When my mother thought she had an issue with her Chromebook, they ran a diagnostic on it, but were honest in saying there wasnt anything wrong with it and charged nothing. Thats the best thing about Peachtree Computers customer service: they are inexpensive, in spite of offering honest assessments, quick turnarounds and effective repairs. Peachtree Computers should be everyones go-to for repairs and excellent customer service.

I turned on my Inspiron 3000 one morning, and there was nothing but a mouse pointer on a blank screen. No desktop, no icons, etc. I took just the tower to the Powers Ferry store on Oct 24, 11 am., Haley noted down the contact details; and by 1 pm I received a call on what was the problem. By 4 pm the same day the tower was ready for pickup. :) When I arrived there, Jeff/Geoff hooked up the tower to the monitor and everything looked like the first day I turned on the computer; the familiar desktop, icons, etc. For about 10 minutes, I got the after service instructions; Jeff said which anti virus to use, told me about the better programs he installed so that computer runs properly. :) If there is a problem with my work or home computers, I will be taking it to Peachtree Computers.

This has been the most positive experience Ive had relating to computers in years. I had a simple issue that I was frustrated with for weeks and took it to meet Bobby and the other staff members. They resolved that it was a minor issue immediately and charged nothing for their evaluation. I went home and still had some issues which they walked me through and they helped me through it again until everything was resolved. The folks at this location are extremely knowledgeable, fair and just good to have on your side. If your facing any sort of computer issue, Id highly highly highly recommend you give them a chance to help you out.

Great local business! I have been to both locations and the staff at either one were knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful! They helped me resolve my computer issues and solved my problem quickly and under budget. Best part: when I had a minor troubleshooting problem with the computer afterwards (unrelated to their previous upgrade), they fixed it for FREE! You cant ask for better service then that. Forget about the big box, cookie cutter stores. Help support a great local business and go to Peachtree Computers. I will definitely be back for any and all of my computer needs!

I couldnt have asked for a better service. My laptop was in a pretty bad state when I went for repair and these guys did an amazing job to turn things around. It looks like new. But I am going to deduct 2 stars because of the delay in repair, and the $49/-charge for assessing the problem right away. If you are not gonna open and look the laptop from the inside, then either tell the customer right away and dont charge them or charge them and settle it with deductions in actual repair cost. Overall very good service.
