This is more a review of this stores online inventory, which was not accurate in two cases. The service that I received was acceptable, though not the best Ive ever had. The online store listed a particular 4k television as in stock and ready to be sold, so I drove to the location expecting to pick it up. When I got there, the store did not have it out on display, so I asked. Apparently the only one in stock was the display unit and they would not sell it to me, which was annoying. I ended up staying another two hours as they kept bringing out the incorrect TV trying to find it. I had even decided to buy a different TV, and they brought one out, rang it up and I was about to wipe my card when I realized it was $200 too little! I knew I was not that lucky, so I checked the box, and sure enough it was a 1080 tv not a 4k TV. The employee brought the wrong one out and I almost bought it. After that, we left. In the end, I bought a TV off of Amazon for the same price that WalMart had listed, but did not actually have.

I began typing this post saying I like this Walmart, but after rethinking it, I LOVE IT!!! (i just forgot for a second). First walmart ive EVER been in, where I can ask a random associate for help, and they literally drop what theyre doing to come help me! The bakery had really nice staff, they took the order for my sons picture cake, and let me just tell you, THEY ROCKED that thing, and it was delicious. I told them the theme and colors and she just made it her own, i cant THANK YOU enough! The parking looks really sketchy, theres this underground deck with elevators to ride up, but I always find premiere parking right out front, with no trouble. ..i did go to another location and found that some of their prices were higher here, but overall, this place gets 5 Stars from me.

Completely unprofessional and unproductive. As a former employee, I can tell by interacting closely with management (which is filled with people who stand around in the same spot for half of their shift, you could guess how this could affect customer service) that this Walmart is horrible. If you are wondering why the lanes are constantly backed up at several of these stores, it all comes back to unproductive management who would rather assert athority than run the store efficiently. This Walmart (and more than likely all walmarts) cares more about revenue than making sure the store is stocked with actual Walmart bags and simple items any Walmart should constantly have in stock. Dont waste your time or money, this store is a joke.

This new walmart is ok.. Its very busy and the place seems crowded and unorganized. Stock for instance in the make up aisle was in many cases non existent or as the lines found in the store expand or introduce seasonal promotions its just stacked wherever.. There is a great deal of merchandise.. More than my regular walmart.. But it also seems more expensive. Checkout was tedious as is so often true at walmart because too few checkout lanes are open. Again like most walmarts..they could actual do better with more employees. But probably dont want to pay them. In all the store is clean and adequate.

When it opened it of course was shiny and new. I often stop in to buy groceries mostly. The underground parking is nice except now shopping carts are everywhere. There is a staircase to go to the store level, two elevators, an up escalator, a down escalator and a down cartelator. In the past 8 months I dont think they have had everything working. This is insulting to your customers. It tells them you dont care. How can you not have this fixed? The store has only been open a couple of years! The down escalator and the down cartelator have been out of service for weeks. Disgraceful.

Employees walk around like zombies some have their eyes on their cell phones and many horseplay around like they are in elementary school. They never look you in the eye and say hello only occasionally do I find a forced greeting and a smile. Dont bother with trying to get food there the employees take up the whole line and its social hour for them, no sense of urgency what so ever, so if you try to go to the Subway youll get the urge to jump behind there and make the sandwich yourself. I wont ever go in there again it makes me depressed just thinking about it.

The store is clean and checkout was pretty fast. However, this store is very inefficient when it comes to clearly marking the prices for merchandise. I had to utilize the price checker for almost half of the items in my shoppping cart because there was either no price at all given on the shelf or it was just confusing because of the way items were not placed near the correct price tag on the shelf. An employee there agreed that this is a problem that the management is not willing to address. Seems like a little trickery going on...

A new Walmart typically loses its luster after the first few weeks it has been open. I do about 95% of my shopping online but the times I do need something, this Walmart has become my go to. Its hardly ever packed and theres a lot of parking on the lower level. That may change once the rest of the shopping center is open and the new apartments go up across the street. A Walmart experience will be the same just about wherever you are. Its hard to beat the prices especially when you need something and dont want to wait on shipping.

I was apposed to this Walmart opening because I work in the area and thought it would make traffic worse. I was surprised to see that it did not effect traffic much at all. The underground parking deck serves helps i guess. The staff is friendly during all my visits and I shopped recently and was surprised to see at least 12 registers open with no more than 3-5 peoplw in line. They also had a good selec5of holiday decor left over. Great addition to the neighborhood especially for the jobs they created.

The customer service in the main part of the store was satisfactory; however, the customer service in the pharmacy was not. On this particular visit, the wait time was about an hour and a half. Rather than communicate with my husband and me, the staff conversed about personal matters amongst themselves. I had to visit the window 3 times just to see what the hold-up was. Anytime I spoke with one of the reps, she always seemed nonchalant and disinterested that wed been waiting so long.

Not delighted didnt get good customer service with the cashier for requesting to check the price that didnt appear look right. I was told to stay on the line for customer service to check the price again. It was supposed to check it right on the spot and save time for all of us get the item purchased instead left every thing with unwelcome feeling in this particular Walmart. Customers make a difference even if a single person. Should be treated with respect.

Linda at checkout was rude, intractable and lost a sale for this establishment. I asked to speak to a manager and was neglected for 15 min, left before anyone showed up. Clearly she didnt want to take accountability for her unpleasant behavior, but the managers here really need to improve their supervision of entry level employees. That being said, Walmart is cost effective and has everything you could need, I generally enjoy my experiences there.
