Dont purchase furniture from here. They use independent contractors for delivery. I purchased a black wooden dining set. When the delivery guy brought it to me THREE hours later for 90 dollars. When I opened the box,,it was the wrong color, and the table was broken. I called the store and they told me I had to rent a truck to bring it back to the store. I said it was delivered broken and not what I purchased, why should I have to pay to bring it back, They told me to call the delivery guy, He was like tough luck. The store stated that they would call the district manager to see if someone could pick it up. Never heard anything and so therefore they got a 350.00 in free money and I am stuck with a broke table that I cannot remove from my house

Relaxed shopping experience. Great furniture buys. I wish that I would have gone here before I paid more for a sofa than I could have gotten here for less. The furniture is not by any means of cheap, flimsy quality. Their TV stands arent of the usual, boring variety either. Best part about this store is the great variety and value, with name brand merchandise. This is by no means a junk store. Will I be back? Absolutely!

Prices here seem higher than in most Big Lots. Also, many items are missing price tags, and thus have to be price-checked at the cashier. When we were there last, there were more employees in the store than customers, and this was at 4:30 PM on a Thursday, when Big Lots stores are usually full or semi-full. Having said that, the staff is nice, however.

The guy that I walked up to behind the register told me to go stand over at the other register, there was no one. I had one item and he didnt even know where the other employee was and refused to ring me up. I left my candle on the counter and exited the store grumpily. Will not be returning.

First and last time here. First impressions are everything. Didnt get a hello from the cashier. He caught an attitude when I asked if he could put in my rewards number in. If you dislike your job, apply elsewhere. Two stars because the store is well stocked and clean.

This big lots is right next to a club. I could hear the club music as I was shopping. Depending on your mood this could be a plus or a negative. lol I initially went here looking for patio furniture. I didnt find what I was looking for :(

The store is a bit run down and could use renovations. Merchandise could use better organization throughout. Staff are friendly but the check out process is slow. Often only a single cashier will be working.

Love this big lots! Location is great. I have gotten some great discounts here. Have a decent furniture section. Lawn and gardening section is nice along with the price.
