My wife and I went to this Big Lots store last night to look for a couch that was advertised on sale. When we arrived, we did not see the specific couch that we were looking for, so we tried to get a store associate to help us and answer a few quick questions. As the store associate walked by us pushing a cart of mattresses, she assured us that after she was done helping this other customer with her mattresses, she would come back to help us with what we needed. After about 20 minutes had passed, the associate never returned and when my wife went back up to see if anyone else could help, that same associate was standing behind the checkout counter helping other people. While she was up there, she could find nobody willing to make eye contact or who would help her. We left in absolute disgust that we wanted to spend nearly $1,000 at this store and nobody who worked there gave a damn that we were there or were willing to help us. Its absolutely disgusting the level of customer service provided by the people who worked there that night and well be sure to never return.

Good customer service and variety in selection for this location across from South Dekalb Mall. This Store is clean and organized. Pricey as they ALL are! Cant imagine buying furniture from HERE though... it didnt seem Durable nor worth the price displayed.

Dont ever buy a phone charger from here. I am on my third charger. Every time I buy a charger it only works for a week,and then it stops working. Very angry that this have happen to me.

First stop shop. They sale just about everything. From electronic to furniture, gardening to household goods. Because they feature in close out merchandise. If you like it buy it.
