Bought a jazz frog speaker 2 yrs ago. Bluetooth no longer connects. Tried to call for info. Every number I found had a recording saying I wasnt authorized to call. Willing to do what I can to make it work...just need info. What a lovely web site and the gushing self agrandizement sure looks good, tho. If you happen to read this review and care at all, please open your phone lines. If you treat proven customers this way, how do tou treat your mother? Dont want something for nothing, just repair. Horrible experience with this company. I called and ordered well in advance to receive a product for a gift by a specific date and was told no problem. The date came and went and I e-mailed and was told something was dropped on it and was damaged. Missed the date. No apology. The replacement did not show up after 2 weeks and I had to proactively e-mail them and was told the product got damaged yet AGAIN and they offered me the damaged one for cheap or a more expensive one at a discount. Plenty of other companies that do this, and do this better.
