Great experience from the moment I walked in the door. John greeted me in a very friendly manner and we were helped out by a gentleman named Dar. He helped steer us toward just the right mattress and got us a great deal. I got the delivery today and the experience was great from start to finish!

Sales people are NOT willing to negotiate or get you a great deal despite the fact that NO ONE is ever in there..they have maybe 4 cars in the whole parking lot. They charge a $100 delivery fee whether youre 0.5 miles away or two counties away. Too busy trying to be fancy/upscale.
