AMAZING customer service! I stopped in here the other day for a push broom, walked in, the boy at the desk asked if I needed anything, I told him a broom, he took me right to them and showed me the differences between them. I choose one and he carried it to the register for me, asked if I needed anything else, gave me a 1st time shoppers discount and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. I WILL be back!

Good inventory, nice upscale items, but it continues to baffle me their approach to the customer. The owner attitude sets the stage and his employees copy it. They act like they are doing you a favor by just being in business. Yes, it can be convenient, but when I pay the bill I am also paying for that convenience, so please show some "were glad youre here."
