Terrible, on everything thing I will never return, we went in monday and purchased a king sized 5pc bedroom set. After paying cash the representative informed us that our furniture wouldnt be in until Thursday disappointed we said that was fine. Well today is Thursday and after my husband took off work, got rid of our queen bed, and renting a uhaul we get to the store just so they can tell us sorry our order is on back order and that it wont be delivered until late june!!! I was so upset that it brought tears to my eyes, after going back and forth trying to understand how could the representative not think it was important to let us know before purchasing the furniture , my husband finally decided to ask for a refund, the managers tell us they dont have the cash and it will be Tuesday when they can get a check mailed to us, he didnt try to make sure we left satisfied, called cooperate and they didnt seem to care either... never again!

This was the most worst costmer service i have ever had. There sales people have no idea o the products they sale and then after you sign the paper work they are imposiblr to deal with. I would never deal with this company again. VERY VERY ugly attitude at this store. STAY AWAY!!!! It also took them 8 days to deliver and they resceduled three times after i took off work a day in a half. Call the manager and he told me " there is nothing I can do". I was so disapointed in the people at this store

I went into badcock last week and just got my sofa. which i love. the employees are great and the manager katie truly took care of me. she followed up with me to make sure i had a great experence. i felt like family, the store is now owned by a man maned Jonathan Paris and from what I have seen he is GREAT. I will forever shop at Badcok and let everyone know to shop here. I love in conyers and have been to both stores and have had a great experence at both!!

Furniture is ok, not too bad. Problem was that it took forever to receive the furniture. I was supposed to receive the furniture maybe 3 weeks after ordering it, but ended up waiting 5 weeks. The guys who put the furniture together are very quick though. They had everything up and together within an hour.

We have been using this location for YEARS!!!! The staff are always so sweet and helpful. They are wonderful to our little boy who comes in with us. We could not ask for better customer service.
