I would NOT recommend buying a mattress from this company. The customer experience was horrible. The owner of the business was extremely rude and condescending as we were trying to work out an issue. I usually dont post reviews but felt compelled to warn buyers of how awful this experience was and to consider going to their competitors across to the street who are pleasant and will work with any of your concerns. Im surprised small business owners dont treat their customers with more respect as social media may not work in their favor. Buyers beware and consider any other place to find a mattress!!!!

Wonderful experience! The family that owns this store are just so nice and they carry some amazing brands at great prices! If you want to support a local mattress store and have incredible service come here! We came here after having a terrible experience at Art Van and will tell all of our friends & family about Sleepchek in Howell! :)

Went to shop here for a new mattress. Owner and wife were VERY pushy, just like Art Van or anywhere else I went except for places like Sears. But owner was VERY rude, sending me threatening emails, etc. I couldnt believe this was happening... coming from a small business owner in our hometown! Stay away. They are weird and they are rude!

After going to a few other stores I wound up at SleepChek. I think the owners wife (Ann) helped me. The overall experience dealing with a local store was really great. Everyone was very friendly and really new a lot about the mattresses. Cant wait to get mine delivered tomorrow. I will definitely go back. James J.

Bought 2 beds, frames and pillows that are like heaven! Very happy with the non-pressured sales and think I dealt with the owner. Very helpful and patient as I made up my mind. Liked dealing with a small business owner who knew what they were talking about and not some commissioned crazy sales rep.
