I was in the market for a certain charm so i thought i would go to Kays to buy the perfect charm for my mothers birthday. I placed my order on February 11th, and three weeks later i get a call saying it was messed up. I asked if i cancel my order because i dont want the charm to be a reminder of the hell i had to go through to get it and i needed it now so i have have the charm installed on the bracelet. They told me no. Well during my time of waiting, i went to another jewelry store down the road ( Stiles Jewelry ) to purchase a charm, they were so nice and they even called to make sure it was in stock, three days later i received my charm. A month later and a few days before my moms birthday i finally get my disappointing charm, and now i get to present my mom the charm and then take it away to go have it installed on the bracelet. It defeats the whole purpose of me ordering the charm a month in advanced. I do not like to complain but, when it comes to making my mom smile, i want it to be perfect and Kays ruined that from me. I will not return and i will cut up the credit card i got from them and make sure my friends and family know about my experience. I wish my experience was better.

Great experiences. Ask for Haydn, he is the manager but he is so confident in his knowledge of the products he sells. He is very professional and honest. Not "pushy" in trying to sell. He can also create and draw out any piece of jewelry you can imagine. Haydn is more of a Jeweler Industry Consultant, than sales person. His team can fix anything- I bought a watch at a different location & the band broke. The Kays team were able to have it back to me in an hour & at a very affortable price. You cannot beat this store on prices or customer service.
