Walked into this jewelry store with my Fiancé to purchase a wedding band and wanted to spend $600 and $1200. We waited patiently at the counter for the employees to be done with their current customers and once they were finished both of them walked right past us, looked at us and went into the back with not even a hello. We waited about 10 minutes more and I was able to see them in the back doing each others hair and using a computer. We waited a few more minutes and left because of this bad customer service. Also, when we walked out two more couples that looked aggrivated walked out with us. This is a privately owned store so if you are the owner and see this you might want to correct this issue. You just lost my money and what ever those two couples wanted to spend. We went to Shane Co. and the prices are the same, they immediately greeted us and cleaned my Fiancés engagement ring before we looked at wedding bands. I wanted to give a local business a chance, but we will be going to Shane Co..

I agree about the customer service. However, the only time I have been in the store has been before Christmas and they were very busy. Ive had to wait and was skipped over when they waited on a man who came in after me. I wasnt in a hurry and let it go. I reasoned with myself it was because here was a man coming in to purchase jewelry for wife, girlfriend, mother or daughter therefore possibly them judging he is willing to spend more money than me! lol Also, they probably didnt see me noticing him first since he had just entered the store. I think they should use a "number system of first come first serve that people take a number as soon as they come into the door. Once waited on I did feel rushed by the lady who waited on me. Perhaps I wasnt spending hundreds of dollars. Do they get commissions? Just left a necklace there for them to repair. So will see how that turns out.

I have gone several times to Prestige Jewelers for different reasons . I love their selection of jewelry and their very reasonable prices . Once I bent my wedding ring and they fixed it for free . The customer courtesy has always been outstanding . Very helpful , very nice . But unfortunately this is not just a good review . I have been up there 4 times to get my watch fixed . Each time within a couple days the same pin replaced has broke . If not within a couple days the exact same day it has broke again . They use cheap pins on a exspensive watch . It also seems that they dont have a regular pricing to these sort of things . One lady charged me ten dollars . Then the next time I went in they tried to charge me 20ty for the same service . Until i brought it to their attention . Very dissappointing .

Prestige Jewelers is amazing! They have such a unique selection and fantastic prices. The staff treat you like family, and are very helpful and knowledgeable. We bought my wedding set from here, and Ive never once seen another set like mine. I love that I have a one-of-a-kind ring! They also repaired another ring for me when I lost a stone. They had it done in less than a day, and even cleaned and shined it up for no additional charge. They also do custom engraving, and can create custom jewelry as well. I highly recommend Prestige Jewelers!

I went to several jewelers in the metro Atlanta area looking for someone to engrave a special jewelry box I had. No one wanted to do it and most had no clue how it could be engraved. It had a dome-shaped top. I called Prestige which is a long way from my home. The woman said she was sure they could do it. So I brought it in, she looked at it and it was ready for pick up the next day. She did an excellent job...it is stunningly beautiful and the engraving is perfect. I will travel the distance from now on for any future jewelry needs.

Excellent! I called ahead of time on New Years Eve and they said theyd be glad to help me. I have a wooden watch that I needed sized, and a watch store and another jewelry store had already turned me down telling me it was not possible or easy. This place accepted my watch and sized me perfectly very quickly! I didnt have much time to appreciate the lovely store as they fininished my watch in minutes. They also did this for free, but I would have gladly paid. Wonderful store.

Horrible. Denise broke my watch. I took one of my watches in to get a new battery and the watch was not broken. I went back to pick it up and when I got in the car I realized it was broken. I went back in and Denise denied that she broke it and I didnt know what else to do since it is no longer available. I asked for a refund of the repair cost and it was refunded. I would not take a watch there for battery replacement. Im so upset that my wstch is broken.

Over the years I have purchased multiple rings, watches and earrings from Prestige Jewlers and they have always been eager to help any way they can. The staff is always kind to me and appreciates my business. They do everything they can to accommodate me even without notice. Other jewlers may have big slogans and commercials, but Prestige Jewlers has my business.

Huge Rip-Off I left a watch for a small repair estimated at $50.00. They took it upon themselves to redo the entire watch for 242.00 I was never called. The only thing she did was remind me repairs left over 90 days were being kept by the store. The quality of merchandise is very low, selection is poor and tasteless.

I called to check and see if they had a specific Pandora charm and they kept me on hold forever. She came back and said she did not know and they were busy, I would have to come into the store. She was SO RUDE! Keep your charms, apparently you have enough business that you do not care about mine.

My experience with the ladies and gents at this family owned store has been great. They definitely get business (busy) and they do their darndest to get to the next customer as fast as they can. And their jewelery is very decently priced and will continue to shop there.

Excellent customer service my wedding was coming up quickly and my hubby ring was way to Big... Jessica fixed it in a timely manner and it wasnt an arm and a leg to fix it... will definitely be returning for all of my jewelry fixings/cleaning...
