Treated like a second class citizen by female employee #950618. We have bought all of our jewelry for the past 8 years at this location and Tri-County Mall. Never, have we received this kind of treatment by a Kay employee before. All I was asking for was the inspection of wifes jewelry and for a warranty issue to be addressed. The manager was good, but the female employee needs serious customer service training.

Screw Kay jewlers I returned a ring within 4 days of purchase and it has now been 15 days with no return money. They lost my info on the return and corporate has been jacking me around for over a week saying they didnt file the right paperwork. So I still have $2400 floating around not in my hand. Stay away there crooks.

Dont ever take your watch for repair at this place. I took my Movado watch for a new battery and the gentleman there stripped one of the screws and I had to send it back to the manufacturer to get it fixed.
