Bought and engagment ring september 6th 2015, sent me home with a 6.5 and a band to make it fit until her size came in. Proposed two days later! 3 months later in late december still no ring or phone call! Go in to sore was told the order was cancled! Says she will place another she doesnt know what happened! Its now January 27th! No ring, no call! Call into store and they say there is no ring on order! Will not let me return ring, will not give me a discount, and now will not have ring until middle of march!

Went in to size my ring and I wasnt sure what my ring size was so she handed me a bundle of "rings" and stood there while I tried them. Didnt help me on sizing whatsoever! Im not exactly sure how a ring is supposed to fit and I clearly explained that. So I get the ring back and its huge. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks for it to come back from being REsized!

Inaccurate location information. But this company is a joke. Mass produced garbage. They dont even stand behind what they sell. This company/store/location is the equivalent of a coin opperated plastic bubble machine. Everyone that works here should feel immense shame for dealing in lies and trash.
