We have been shopping at Hoppe for a few years now, I got my wifes wedding set there, we bought our mothers Christmas gifts there one year, I bought my watch there just to name a few off the top of my head, so to say the least we have spent a lot of money there. So over a month ago my wife wanted to trade in one diamond solitar ring which they valued at $1000 for a single sapphire to put in another ring she had and they agreed. Last week my wife and a friend went to pick up the ring and had it not been for my wifes friend they would had never told her it wasnt a real sapphire but a created sapphire. They did not call or email us to ask our opinion they just did what they wanted, we are now stuck with a stone we dont want. So its safe to say we will never do business with this underhanded, deceitful, business ever again.

I truly enjoyed my visit the other day at Hoppe Jewelers. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. What I like most is they treat you as if they have know you for years. This family business is most appreciated to me as a customer. The owner she is the most kind woman I ever met. She and her Husband started this business on their front porch. I highly recommend this family business.

Have shopped there for 35 years. I have never felt pressured or rushed while making my choices. There selection and presentation and customer service is second to none. My last purchase was a an item no longer in production. They searched for it and found it in there network so that I could have the item that I wanted. Thats customer service!
