Worst business experience ever!!! MY wife brought my watch in for repair I believe it was September 2016 the first time it was repaired. She had to take it back a couple of times. It was never fixed correctly. This brings us to some time in November 2016. First they said it wouldnt be ready by Christmas which was understandable. After Christmas I called numerous times to see if my watch was repaired. No one could give me status of her watch repair. No one ever returned her call, when I was told they would. Fast forward to January and still no word on her watch repair. I have called several times throughout the months. They kept saying they ordered the part. Today, April 14, 2017, they finally returned her watch.. The manager said they couldnt fix it. she asked for my wifes forty dollars back. Which my wife paid to repair the watch. She told my wife it was past the 60 days warranty. How could it be past the 60 days when it was never fixed correctly? My wife wasnt even aware of the warranty. Its not printed on the receipt, nor did anyone tell her. Worst customer service ever. I thought they would have at the LEAST given her a refund, if not more. Shes been getting the royal run-a-round for 5 months. She was without her watch for an entire 5 months. Shame on them and the way they conduct business. Unfortunately, they have lost a customers for life. Customers beware!!!!!!

Took a mans 20 inch 24 kt. gold chain necklace to have repaired. They estimated it would cost nearly $350.00 to add the missing chain and clasp and fix a few "bents" in the chain. I felt that wasnt necessary. They showed me how much a new comparable chain would cost and it was double. I understood that because the original chain was purchased half that price probably 10 years ago when gold was cheaper. Not sure of the exact date purchased. Didnt want to pay more than what I originally paid for it and certainly not a new chain. Also, I felt the so called bents did not need repairing. I took it to Prestige Jewelers in Hiram and they gave me half of the quote in adding the chain and a clasp. They didnt see where the rest of the chain needed repairing (bents in chain).

Ever since I was a little girl I have loved my Moms wedding set. I have yet to see another one like it. I also love looking through her gem stone collection. I have a few that are my favorites. Well recently my dream guy surprised me with my 2 favorite things when he asked me to marry him! With the help of my Mom and Criterion they made me a one of a kind ring. They took my Moms wedding band and mounted my favorite gemstone on top of it!!! This thing is gorgeous!! It is breath taking & stunning. I was absolutely speechless when he put it on my hand. I cant wait to add the weeding band that goes with it. Thank you Criterion for helping create my one in a million engagement ring that no one else will ever have one like! It is truly beautiful!

ZERO stars. I had them put a new head on my wedding ring within a week a prong bent the other heads on the prongs did not seat the diamond correctly. Then I also gave them a diamond to put in a necklace with an emerald cut stone. When I went to pick it up they used NEITHER of my stones. They tried to replace my .22 diamond with a .5 diamond, the emerald cut was a stone with scratches and imperfections which may have even been a piece of glass. I went back and the diamond was sitting on his bench and he had no idea why, and they came out with another stone asking me if this was my stone, they tried to blame an outside jeweler that they fired but this theft would have only benefited them, They are liars DONT TRUST THEM!

Completely dissatisfied with service. Not sure if they even realize how unprofessional they are. No one seems to know whats going on in the store. Will never take anything there for repairs or buy any jewelry from them. Ive been in customer service for many years, trust theyre customer service is terrible.

When asked if they paid a certain percentage to going rate of scrap gold and was told yes but couldnt give me percentage. Well it is 33.4% of current scrap value. No Thank You!
