Moved into a new built home in summer of 2016. Cartersville flooring installed our laminate flooring through out main level of home. By January 2017, the floor had divets throughout the bottom level. We paid way too much in an upgrade fee for the floors to last only 6 months. We let our builder know and we were directed to cartersville flooring. Who then basically said "its not our problem." As a company owner myself, I wouldnt sell or install a product I wouldnt stand behind. They however do not stand behind their products. Their customer service team is extremely rude, especially Susan. She acted as if this situation was a joke. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

As an Expert installer in Georgia this was by far my worst experience with a carpet warehouse. On 5-27 I arrived to pick up a local businesses purchase of carpet that i was contracted to install. The lone warehouse member there was extremely rude and refused to help. I REPEAT EXTREMELY RUDE AND REFUSED TO HELP. I told the lady in the front he was a problem. She whispered to me she was very sorry. I guessed this guy is part of the owners family or something and has permission to treat customers like crap. I strongly DONT recommend this company to anyone. They have a real clown in the warehouse.

Picked carpet for my home with salesperson and received pricing. A week later went back to pay and set installation appt. They said that carpet was glue down type for commercial use, not for residential. Then why did you show it to me? Picked a similar residential version but they wouldnt honor the price they previously gave. They dont know their product and dont honor their price quotes. I recommend NOT using this flooring retailer.

My fiance and I came in a little over a month ago. A young man named Zack was our salesman and he was fantastic! He knew exactly what we needed and gave us a great price on our carpet. He was very prompt and informative. When it was time for install, the installer was very nice and his crew worked really hard to make sure that we were happy. Top notch service! I highly recommend them!
