Be careful. Their policy might be to charge you for an employee to help carry your newly purchased tree or shrubs. I was in the process of purchasing a new tree and willing to pay the delivery charge. I then found out they were going to charge me $15 to carry the tree from the truck to the planting sight in my yard; even after I explained the planting sight was 6 FEET!! from the curb. Needless to say, I walked away from the purchase and will do business elsewhere.

I love this place. It has one of the nicest layout and the healthiest plant selection I have seen, and I have seen them all. I work for a government agency that purchases lots of trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals; and this place has some of the healthiest and fair priced trees and shrubs that i have seen. They were the only nursery in all of Cincinnati that carried the awesome tree Leyland Cypress Gold Rider.

Called ask a simple landscape question about how many bags of mulch I would need. Couldnt bother to takw the time to figure this out. I am aware you can Google mulch calculator and figure this out quickly. However, i was driving it could not access my phone beyond blue tooth. Made call to other businesses and they had no trouble helping. $1300 in lost sales to you.
