Shop here frequently and on multiple occasions asked an employee where an item is located. And never, not even once, have they known where that item is. Typically some young employee leads me around the store on a wild goose hunt, just to end up in the middle of some aisle scratching their head and saying well I thought it was here, we must be out of it. The older folks who work here are typically pretty knowledgable, but the young guns incompetent. It is usually very difficult to find an employee in the first place. Youll travel through 20 aisles before finding 5 employees in a cluster hiding in one of them.
