Worst homedepo I have ever been in the employees literly run from u if you need help ,angry employees rude thats why they cant keep a store manager lowes is 100 times better do not deal with Gail in kitchen design she does not know what shes doing They screwed up a $6000 order Gave me lack of information the whole time I dealt with them And instead of making it right they insulted me and argued with me over the phone Also kailyn Denney not only should she not be a manager the way she treats customers she shouldnt even be employed there she was talking over me interrupting me trying to prove she was right just like Gail instead of just helping a customer that just spent $6000 in their store Granite is already cut so I felt obligated to take it but I will be contacting corporate in a regional manager and I will not stop until my issues are resolved do not shop there

I bought a Ryobi backpack blower from Home Depot 6 months ago. I used it approx. 6 times and then it would not start. I took it back to a Home Depot Store with a rental center to get it serviced. There was a statement on the box that said there was a 3 year warranty . I called the Home Depot store that I had returned the blower to and they told me they had shipped my blower to a service center and that the service center wanted $165.41 to fix it. The blower cost $200. Honestly I feel ripped off not only by Ryobi but also by Home Depot.

I always want to give good reviews, but this store has just become an awful shopping experience. Its dirty, unorganized and rude inexperienced help on the floor. I gave it 2 stars only because someone did "point" me in the direction of something I needed. As it was the day before the 4th of July it was BUSY! and there were no manned registered opened, only self serve and one of the 4 was broken. It seems to me if you have no choice but to check yourself out there should be a discount! It makes shopping at Lowes easier and easier.

Spent an hour picking out tile and vanity top. Of course nobody offered to help. Upon checkout their telecheck system was down. Since I didnt have 550.00 in cash I needed to go to the bank. My wife told them we would be right back. The young lady said she would hold our merchandise up front. Less than an hour later I returned to pay and the idiots put all of my merchandise back!!! Do yourself a favor and go to Lowes or anywhere else! Service, if you want to call it that, is nonexistent.

My refrigerator stopped working a week ago I went to Newnan Home depot and got a new one. They said 1 week to deliver so we had none for a week today they came with our new one. It had been dropd crushed across entire bottom. There response was sorry you wont have one for another week. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD im 61 years old so I can understand they were backed up the first time but to make no effort to rush this or do something is just not right

Typical Home Depot. The selection could be better, but I usually find what I need. The employees are friendly and helpful most of the time. I have gone in from time to time and finding help was no where to be found. This isnt often, but can be an frustrating when shopping for one particular thing. I have used the location finder on their app, and it is wrong.

Ive read some comments people leave for this store and Im shocked because after all the years showing up I am always greeted with a smile and can always find help.Even when it seems they are a little thin in that dept. I do realize its when they are busy helping others as well.So thank you Newnan Home Depot

The service here sucks!! Never can get help. When u finally get somebody they are rude half the time want to know why you want them to actually do work, at their job. Management should be fired. Dont shop here go to Lowes accross the street.

The clerk was amazing. I needed to purchase an air conditioner for my mother in law who lives 2 states away. I didnt know what to do but, the clerk at home depot, said no worries. Thanks Home Depot you really care about your customer.

The customer service at our location in Newnan has gotten so bad. No one acts like theyre interested in assisting you, even simply pointing you in the right direction they just want to act like theyre all on a permanent coffee break

Try giving Home Depot a call and see how far you get with their automated system. You will stay on the line for 15 minutes before they finally hang up on you. Happens every time

14 minutes on hold for the operator and counting. Finally get a hold of a "manager" who seems to be clueless to anything other than watering plants! Fail

Lackluster HD location. Not terrible. Just poorly staffed, so its hard to find someone if I need help. And often out of things I need.
