Went to the Home Depot in Hiram, Georgia to purchase a microwave oven. The model I wanted wasnt in stock, so they ordered it for me. Delivery to my home would cost $60 (for a $150 item!), so I opted for ship-to-store. They gave me a delivery date of Aug 23 (2 weeks from the purchase date). Went into the store on the 23rd (yesterday) and they said it wasnt in yet, check back later. Went back in the evening, still not there. They said come in tomorrow. Went in again today and they said, not only is it not here but we have absolutely no way of tracking it, nor do we have anyone we can call to find out where it is. Then they told me that these orders can take 4-6 weeks (something the definitely DID NOT mention when they took my money) and Id just have to wait for a phone call. The online "orderstatus" page tells me that my order is "Being Processed" (Im not making that up). Im selling my house and this is a replacement that needs to be installed before closing. So now I just have to pray that this thing falls out of the sky sometime before the closing date on my house.

I shop here alot, but I decided to buy carpet thru them and things went south very quick. After ordering I was forced to let them ( Home Depot) measure the house. Then found out by the installer that they only had enough carpet to do the house with multiple patches in each room. NOT GOOD. Made them fix most of the house but they couldnt fix everything do to them thinking its OK to swindle there carpet customers with multiple glued seams, not full pieces of carpet. It took another week and a half to get the last room done right, all while the house was in disarray and part of the time living in a camper for something that was supposed to happen in one day. No positive here. My wife and I were looking forward to seeing new carpet in the house but now its a reminder of a high dollar mistake that will NOT happen again. Take my advise, if your wanting to save money and get things done right, do it yourself or interview a couple installers and go to Dalton and get the carpet yourself, as thats where they get it anyway.

I love home depot (Im in there 2-3 times a week), but this location customer service is the absolute worst. This will be the last time I step foot into this location. I was never greeted and every orange apron that passed me never spoke. I eventually made my way from the garden center to the rental department to see if someone would stop and be of some assistance, ans made it down there and i still had to stop someone (who was short with my, maybe because of the lack of knowledge about the product, i dont know). Ive been in this location 3 times over the 5 years and i stay 5 minutes down the street. The consistency of the nad customer service is the only reason I will neber shop here again. I will drive the extra 8 minutes over to the home depot on Richard D Sailors, I love that store location for knowledgeable staffand great customer service.

Bought two appliances from then including delivery. Floor was resorted by their delivery contractors. Did some research, found out the company they use to deliver appliances is not bbb accredited and has one star reviews everywhere. Instead of sending me to an actual insurance company to get my for fixed they sent me to the delivery Jinjiang and have since went silent. Refused to help me in the slightest. Do not order appliances from home depot. You are better of calling someone from Craigslist. Also Tammy is not the manager at this store. She will lie and tell you she is but she is not. She will also lie and claim to be helping you only to call the next day and back out. Very bad experience.

I stopped shopping at this home depot due to poor service and they never had any product. I had an emergency come up and had to go back in there last week, and the difference was light night and day. Every associate greeted me, asked if they could help, I was able to get everything I needed, and had a good trip. I returned a couple days later and it was the same. Great service, store looked great, and it finally looked like someone had cleaned it. It seemed like a new store. I commented to an assocaite about the difference, and was told that there was a new managment team in place and they had made a lot of changes. It was very apparent. Good Job Guys!!

I purchased 30 pieces of Hadri plank yesterday (which I had to load onto my buggy alone, but we are all used to that now, right?) But when I got outside I was not happy to see that the lot attendants stood under the contractors sales canopy showing each other the gloves they had on, while I loaded my truck alone. Then they came and took my empty buggy and wished me a good day. Thanks Home Depot-your service continues to be as good as it will ever be I guess

This store is the worst I have been in. There never are enough employees to help find anything (thats if its in stock), and IF you find someone they do not know enough about home improvement to give you good advice. Home Depot has really gone downhill with customer service. They seem to hire inexperienced kids who do not care. Ive decided to shop at Lowes instead. They have more knowledgeable people who want to help, and the stores are organized and clean.

Absolutely terrible problem resolution skills. Bought a Husky (HD brand) toolbox for my truck, had to exchange it because it wouldnt latch and the keys were breaking off in it. Got a replacement on 2/8/16 and the next day it was having a latch problem again. DO NOT BUY HUSKY ANYTHING FROM THE HOME DEPOT! CHEAP AND USELESS. GO TO LOWES!!!!

Called to see if they sale therma fuses for dryers.was sent back and forth to the front if store to only have lost 20 minutes of my life and still know absolutely nothing. This is the reason I like Lowes for the simple fact that if they dont know they will get u an answer in a decent amount of time.

My wife and I were there shopping for a new fridge, washer and dryer for our house. There were two employees working in the appliance section that wouldnt even acknowledge. They were too concerned about their personal lives, so congratulations home depot we will take our business to lowes
