I have had the unexpected pleasure of dealing with very competent and customer service friendly folks at the Jasper, GA Home Depot. Havent found a grump anywhere in the store and all have been very helpful for a newly arrived home owner. In particular, Sharon has been incredibly willing to go the extra mile and I have purchased everything from a lawn mower (Sharon worked very hard to get the best deal possible) to a hard to find Christmas tree with storage bag. Even when she is not feeling on top of her game, she still takes the time to completely explain (the time consuming process) every article of interest in the store. Even if I am not looking for items in her departments, I always look for this ultimate and inexhaustibly friendly lady with infinite patience. She is a customer service oriented helper extraordinaire.

Jasper Lawn & Garden not knowledgeable, high school boys working in the lawn & garden area would rather stand around & talk. Last trip there in flower area after boy radioed someone asking questions a couple if times told me the truck only comes every other week (mind you were talking peek flower season) & if I could find it somewhere else I better go there. I previously bought this item at this particular Home Depot & needed more. If you need assistance of any kind in Lawn & Garden i.e. Flowers every shopping experience has been the same. My new store that I shop lawn & garden is LOWES in Cumming, quite a difference!

I replaced the kitchen cabinets for my wifes birthday in March Home Depot could not get the order right after the third try I sent everything back and hired a contractor the cabinets were installed in August in November I bought new appliances I waited all day for delivery and started calling had 4 hang ups after being put on hold after an hour and a half found out they would not be coming for 10 more days at the soonest and I already did some prep work I must remove so my wife can use the kitchen for the second time Merry Christmas baby (maybe)

Never have anyone to help you load anything !!!!! And the door your suppose to load things at is ALWAYS full of EMPTY trucks and trailers !! God forbid people would park elsewhere, do their shopping and then pull their vehicle up to load !!! The parking situation is not the stores fault but...... IF THERE WERE PEOPLE OUT SIDE TO HELP YOU LOAD THEY COULD STOP PEOPLE FROM PARKING THERE !!!!! Just saying !!!!!!!

Love this store but DO NOT use them for carpeting. They only use Romanoff Renovations to do installations and Romanoff is HORRIBLE. They do not work with the customer and I really dont think Home Depot can do anything about it because Ive called the store for help and theyve tried but havent had any success.

Very friendly and helpful. Robin Leonard is fantastic. She and her "crew" organize a Do It Herself workshop every month, including local food vendors to feed us! Jasper may be a small town but our Home Depot has the biggest heart! Thanks, all!

Great service--associates not only know, theyre eager to help, explain, make sure I get the right thing and know what to do with it! This is good, because the only DIY I know is how to get to The Home Depot--they take it from there!

I go in regularly and find the service to be highly variable. Sometimes very knowledgable and helpful staff and sometimes not. Stars mean nothing. I gave them a 3 star, but it shows up as 5!? Tried one star-it also came as a 5.

Great customer service. We had a problem because of a 3rd party vendor display but the manager Steve made sure that we were taking care of... All my home supplies will be bought here from now on

Never any service in this big box store "Home Cheap o". Just a Wal-Mart for hardware. Never have what I am looking for 75% of the time for my projects.
