In December 2008, we completed a full kitchen remodel, which included new cabinetry, appliances, tile floors, and lighting. After interviewing more than 10 remodel contractors and 6 kitchen designers offering several lines of cabinetry, we could not be more pleased with our selection of Kitchen Design Consultant, Jody Dodson and his team of professionals, Gloria Clayton (expediter) from Home Depot store (#0153) on Dallas Hwy in West Marietta, GA and Cheryl Weaver (Thomasville Cabinetry area representative)! Jody’s excellent service, attention to detail and ability to add design elements to our ideas took our outdated, and worn out kitchen from WOE to WOW! He is a pleasure to work with - personable and professional, with excellent follow-up and we plan to utilize Home Depot, Jody, and his team for our upcoming master bath remodel. We are also extremely pleased with the quality and finishes of our Thomasville cabinetry, and our GE Profile appliances (also purchased at Home Depot.) In addition to top-notch service, through special promotions and rebates, we received exceptional prices on our selections. No matter your proximity to the West Cobb Home Depot, if your needs require a professional kitchen or bath designer, a drive over to meet with Jody will be well worth your time - tell him Cheryl & Jim sent you.

Frustrating place to pick up materials and special orders. The service desk staff is constantly doing 5 things at once while answering phones leaving you standing around. I was being helped one time and the "associate" helping me took a call for a special order while I stood there for 10 minutes. After they hung up, they didnt even bother to apologize or acknowledge they were wasting our time. The employee back in the window section is also equally helpless. After special ordering windows and giving the exact measurements, the window type that came in was wrong. Had to get my contractor to come in and argue with the lady to get them to place an order for the correct windows while threatening is with a restock fee if these new windows were not correct. As I write this I am currently standing around waiting for my sliding patio door to be brought to the customer service desk. I was called a few days ago stating it was ready for pick up but that means its physically present in the store. They still needed to uncrate it and I guess that takes more than an hour. There are too many employees to count all over the store but none that can offer any help. Drive a mile down the road to lowes to save your time and sanity.

Horrible customer service!! We had a problem where the cashier made an error in ringing up our order for a refrigerator that resulted in a 45 minute wait and a new delivery date. At that time we were assured by the sales associate our original requested delivery date would be honored as the error was not ours. A few days later I received a phone call saying our original date was not possible. My husband went to the store to discuss the matter in person. The store manager very dismissive. Only solution offered was the worn floor model at full place. Home Depot really has fallen far from where they once were in regards to customer service. Fortunately for us there is a Lowes half a block away so we canceled the ordered and took our business elsewhere.

Awfull!!!!worst customer experience I have ever experienced they delivered the tile for floor a week before thanksgiving it was suppose to be fine before thanksgiving here we are on the second week after thanksgiving they start the install first not enough tile was ordered no grout delivered. Then are told tile cant be done so go to pick out carpet instead everyone in here is treating us like we are stupid very unhelpful our carpet in our house has been ripped up this morning and they are telling u s that we will have to order the carpet ........ so based on their previous rate of speed we will maybee have the floors in by Christmas. Do not get any home improvements through home depot unless you want to make your life miserable!

Horrible experience here!!! Went with my mom to get some plants but they were too heavy for us to put on the cart. She went inside the store to get someone to help and she was told they would send someone out shortly. We waited for 15 minutes and no one showed up. I ended up going inside the store myself. Took forever to find someone just to ask for help and the lady I asked had me wait by the door near the registers and told me to wait until someone came. I waited another 15 min. Waiting for 30 minutes just to get a plant on a cart is ridiculous. I ended up just walking out and heading to Lowes instead. Much better customer service there and you dont even have to hunt employees down for help.

Do not shop here, the employees dont give a D@mn about anything youre buying or how much its costing you. They post false advertising in the store and refuse to fix the problem at the register. Listed hosta plants as 3 for 13 but they rang up 7.98 each. Thats a 50 dollar difference on my total. Did they call a manager, no. They just refused to acknowledge that the advertising in the lawn and garden department was clearly mislabeled. I have never had a good experience at this Home Depot. Go to Lowes and save yourself the trouble! Better prices and friendlier people there. F this place!

Awesome Job! Store Manager, John Lippett provided exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy satisfied customers. We purchased a major appliance from the store that the manufacture was unwilling to own up to its malfunctions even though it was still under warranty. We contacted John and expressed our frustration. He listened, investigated and acted quickly with a satisfactory resolution. He displayed incredible integrity, caring and professionalism. Thank You John at Home Depot!

Terrible customer service . Do not come here after normal hours or you will get a bunch of employees running around not knowing what theyre doing . Bought a grill , waited 30 minutes for the grill to come out . They did not know I was waiting until I said something . They then asked me if I wanted the grill on the floor because they were too lazy to get me one from the back . They returned and asked me which grill I wanted : Again, Do not come later in the day . Its been 40 minutes and Im still waiting .

This Home Depot is close to home and convenient for me. It is in the same vicinity as a Lowes. I typically, 90% of the time, will find what I need from here. I do think that the quality of things sold at Lowes is better but you get better prices at Home Depot. This location is clean and has friendly staff. I have had a lawn mower repaired here for a reasonable price and have rented equipment, most recently an aerator. Never have had any issues.

The absolute worst customer experience Ive ever had. My fiancé and I are building a home and I had a lot of questions and the employees were rude and when I finally found someone to help me after 20 minutes they acted like they did not want to help and got irritated with the questions I was asking, I would definitely not come back here. The Home Depot in Hiram is a much better location, the people are very helpful and actually want to help you
