I first came in to purchase new locks for re-keying my new house. While I was waiting for their locksmith to assist us in changing the new locks to utilize the same key, a very helpful employee spoke with us. He let us know that we could use "smart locks" instead in order to be capable of consistently re-keying our locks whenever we wanted without having to purchase new locks. We went ahead and took this employees advice since there is a lot of money wasted in purchasing new locks for doors only due to the need of a new key. Later that evening, we came back. This was because we happened to strip the head of a screw in the frame of our front door. In order to be capable of closing the door and locking it, we needed help to figure out how to best remove it. Three employees immediately, and happily came to our aid and helped us to come up with a master plan. That screw was quickly removed due to their vast knowledge and positive customer service. Thanks again!

Carmen working the return line didnt make me feel welcome she made me feel as if I didnt purchase the item originally. Even though I had just purchased the a few hours ago and had the receipt in my hand. She then proceeded to ask for my credit card and to tell me that she could only give me a store credit.

The lady in plumbing was amazing. She helped me put together my outdoor greenhouse plans right in the store! She and I measured, cut, and pieced together everything in the PVC aisle. Old time, southern hospitality at its best in the plumbing department. A+

Could have been better if the cashier learns that in the middle of a transaction is not the time to text on your phone!!!! These kids dont know how to separate from their phones long enough to give true customer service . With no apologise.

The paint department is the absolute worst! No matter when you go in there, there is only one person working. Be prepared to wait a very long time!! Today was my last day going to this location.
