Love the store in general, but i was super disappointed with that "free magazine" thing they promoted. I was told to pick 2 magazines i want to get for free for 2 months. I was told i could choose to keep them if i liked them but was never told i had to call and cancel or that they would give the magazine company my credit card info so they could charge me without any warning or notification!!! Who does that to their customers?! I only found out by calling my bank to find out where the charge came from. Then i got an 800 number to magazine place (had no idea this was related to BAM magazine since i never signed up for or agreed to any subscription). I looked up the 800 number online only to find a TON of people saying BAM did they same thing to them without permission, notification, or anything! When i called the magazine company they were rude and telling me they could cancel but wouldnt even give me a refund at first until i gave them an ear full. I went on the BAM website to talk to cust service and saw the live chat option. I explained what happened and was given the mag companies number again with no apology or explanation or even any ownership that this was their fault. I still love the store but I think what they did was dishonest and shady. Poor customer service.

This is the best bookstore in town I love this place it has more than just books it has toys and all kinds of other stuff this is where I do most of my Christmas shopping. If you sign up for the Books-A-Million Club then you get I think like 10% off plus they always have 30- 40% deals all the time so you can get like 50% off great books I love this store I couldnt say anything bad about it, it is awesome. I mean I could just stay in there for hours and I have.

Really fun book store with a wide variety of cool, nerdy things. The prices surprise me, especially in the era of Amazon and other online competitors. Was not happy to be bombarded with upselling, during checkout. Cashier really put the pressure on to sign up for their card, donations, magazine purchases, etc. This means Ill probably not purchase again. I want to buy and leave! Dont put me through the ringer for a simple purchase!

I called the store to see if they had a book and the guy said no but he didnt seem to know what he was talking about so I drove over and found the book, but it said it was $10 on the website. When she rang it up and it was $16 I showed her that it was $10 on the website but she would not change it.

HUGE selection of books, comics and collectibles. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice environment to just sit down and enjoy a good book before or after you buy.
