Horrible customer service i went in to look for a cook book which said it was available in store online. Was told by a unprofessional red head it wasnt available. When I asked her could she check she refused and went to her manager to complain that I harassed her! When does asking a question equal harassment? Do not waste your time coming to this book store where asking a question is harassment

Called the Douglasville store to make sure the 2 books I wanted were in stock. They were at full price, $29.99 each. Online they were $16.99 and $18.99. That is the in store price at Barnes and Noble in Newnan. So much for shopping local. For $24.00 dollars in savings, Newnan , here I come!!! With these prices perhaps BAM will go the same route as Borders.
