Do NOT use Trenety Cell Phone Repair in Titusville FL! We had our sons iPhone 6 screen replaced there, and shortly thereafter the screen did not work any longer. We contacted Trenety and they said that they only provide a 30-day warranty for all of their products and services. This should be an immediate red flag that they do not stand by their products or their work. They refused to even address the problem, even if it was 31 days post service. Save yourself money and do NOT use Trenety. Do not just go away, but run away! Trenety also just had a big management shake up and several of their long standing technicians have now quit for some reason that the manager there failed to explain. BEWARE AND BE WARNED!!

Do not use this place. Gave them my Samsung note 5 they had it for over a month. After finally flipping out and asking for my property back since Ive gone there several times and they didnt even have my property at the store. Because the manager takes these phones home to work on them at home because she doesnt like working in the store. Got it back in pieces screens cracked parts missing. Had to go back the following day to retrieve the stylus and SD card that were missing. Was told that the owners would be calling me about a refund. No one ever called I had to call my credit card company and put a stop payment on the charge because these people scammed me out of money. Do not go to this place.

Please beware of Trenety cellphone repair. I took my phone in for a simple screen replacement and ended up with a fried iphone. They told me they were sending it to apple on May 1st. Apple never received it and trenety continues to give us this run around. The owner "que Lloyd" verbally abuses my husband and I whenever we try to get any information. It is may 22nd and I still have no phone. She told us yesterday that she just got the phone back and its not fixed. Now she is telling me she wont fix it. Please save yourself the trouble and do not use this company.
