This started with two trips to the Authorized retailer located at: 2701 CLEARLAKE RD Cocoa, FL 32922 The first trip (on Wednesday November 30th) was to change the Data plan on her cell phone which went fine - upon our departure an employee by the name of Rachel exclaimed that she was paying too much for her Uverse service (TV, home phone and internet) and although her computer system was down she could "fix it" once the system was back up. My mother said that she had no problem with her Uverse bill but as long as she was not losing any channels and her internet would not be restricted as there are multiple people visiting for the holidays that use it she certainly wouldnt mind paying less. Then we left. On Friday December 2nd at about 10pm her entire home Uverse service (TV, home phone and internet) was SHUT OFF. Upon calling AT&T tech support I discovered that Rachel had informed AT&T that my mother was moving to Canada and to CANCEL her service only to resign her up with an installation date of December 9th. Apparently the staff thought it would be just fine to A) LIE to the company, B) Not be honest with the customer about what would be done, and C) leave and elderly woman on oxygen without any home service for a week! After an HOUR with Tech support we did manage to get service turned back on and was informed to go back to the store or call billing to figure out what was going on. Since the staff at your store made the mess my mother decided to have THEM clean it up. That brings us to our SECOND visit on December 3rd. We spoke with a manager (I apologize that I did not get his name) who claimed he WOULD NOT help us but we were welcome to sit in the store on hold with AT&T billing. Then told my mother (who was visibly upset) to not cause Chaos in his store. When she said that his employees created the mess and HE should be fixing it not her he stated and I quote "You chose to come here" At that point we decided to leave. He would not even get off of his butt or off his cell phone to hold the door for us. We went then went to the Corporate store located at 3065 Columbia Blvd c, Titusville, FL 32780 and received excellent customer service with a gentleman named Jarrod who spent over an hour of his day fixing the mess your employees made. He also informed us that this was not the first and would not be the last time he would see this type of thing happen from that store. He not only walked us to the store and held the door but was polite and understanding the entire time about her still being visibly upset. It will be the last time I will allow it to happen to my mother. She will be dealing with corporate only from now on.

We went in to upgrade two phones and were offered a 7 inch LG tablet at a rate of 10.00 a month, which I turned down several times. Finally the salesman "Steve" came back and said his manager would give us the tablet for $1 a month because of some promotion they were running. I asked several times if there were going to be any extra charges on our monthly bill aside from that and was told no. I specified several times that I didnt want our bill to increase due to budget reasons. The next month the bill came out and was increased by $25 plus an activation fee for the tablet. I went back in to get it figured out and could not get anyone to help me for over an hour. I was then told I couldnt return the tablet and they were charging me for an extra line and data for it, then I was told something wasnt right with my bill but I needed to come back later to get it fixed, because Steve was busy. I came back in a few days later with an appt with Steve and after another hour of waiting he would not help me or even come out of the back office. I spoke to another salesman who basically told me Steve never mistreats or misleads customers, and I must be wrong, and there is nothing they will do for me. He was very condescending, and suggested I sell the tablet to pay off an early termination fee if I dont want it. The value of the tablet is not as much as the fee. Now my bill is higher, I am stuck with a tablet I dont use or want, and the customer service was the worst Ive ever had. I am done with AT&T after this, either at the end of my contract, or once I find another company to buy it out so I can switch for good.

First of all this is NOT an authorized att store ( it is privately owned). If you have issues with them you will find out why that matters. Secondly we bought some very...very expensive screen savers for our very...very expensive phones. My husbands screen saver cracked day 2. Mine cracked week 5. Note that we are in our mid and late 50s so we are very responsible with ours phones.Neither one was dropped or smashed. We were supposed to be able to return items for a full refund before the 30 days was up. Nope did not happen. They told us we had to get it back from the manufacturer and the manufacturer said they didnt get the money the att store did. So bottom line is, they talk you in to the most expensive screen saver because it is the "best", they tell you that you have 30 days but they will not return your money. I on the other hand am going after them through American Express. So we will see. Advice: Go to the new authorized att store on US1.

Terrible... utterly terrible service, long wait times and lazy uninformed employees. I first went to this store months ago with a simple question about my phone that was malfunctioning, I waited for almost an hour before I was taken care of by an employee and when I asked about my phone they said they couldnt help me I had to go to a cell phone repair store ... I waited an hour to find this out! I then made the mistake of going back in there to upgrade my phone months later and it was the same.. there was at least three to four employees standing in a circle just talking to each other while several other customers and myself waited to be serviced. Finally I got taken care of and received my new phone and plan, when I got home to check everything I realized they gave me the wrong car charger.. I purchased an android and they gave me a car charger for the iPhone 6!!

It was the worst experience of my life. The man waiting on me was not knowledgeable about the products he was selling or of phone capabilities. I had asked them to transfer the old info to new phone. I was told that I needed to do it using Smartsync. I spent an hour on the phone with the service center trying to transfer the info from old phone to new phone only to find out that my old phone wouldnt support the app. I tried to call them but, they would not answer their phone so I had to drive down to the store. None of the people apologized. I even heard the manager talking to another employee about me and called me a jerk. I would not recommend this store to anyone. I will not ever use them again. I will use the store in Viera or in Merritt Island. They are far more professional, knowledgeable and nice!
