they will sell you garbage..their 611 call center is run by moron who can not think for themselves...their custservice centers do not have caller id ...they will assign ypu an 8 digit pin without you knowing which you will need to call customer service...no pib no national help line for you...if you ate desperate enough to use metro make sure you can replace the battery on your phone...your metro phone will be spamed and pinged with metro pcs garbage 24/7..?.this crap is cheap for a reason...you get what you pay for plus all the accessories cist $20 and are of piir quality

If you want to go there to just pay your bill its fine. Only been there once and been helped that the employee didnt try sell something to me. Now pay my bill online.This store is a Smart Cell franchise, some sketchy business practices. Just beware of their three month payment plan will bite you in the ass.
